Hypnosis is a gateway to unlocking the potential within yourself. Within your conscious state, judgments
are made and predetermined patterns are followed which influence our behavior. Hypnosis alters this by
acting as a way to by-pass the analytical and critical left side of the brain.

Instead, the right and non-analytical side of the mind is awoken, which allows new ideas and routines to
be implanted. An example could be changing your mindset to accept a fitness regime that you’ve long

To put this into context, your partner may have a great memory whilst yours isn’t as sharp and thus you
forget the little details that he or she holds dear and this can present a challenge or even resentment.
