    I am seeking this opportunity to apply for the HR Officer position at your organization, Renata
    Limited. Having Management as a major, I have completed my undergraduate from the
    Department of Management, University of Chittagong and I am eager at the prospect of gaining
    practical experience with an innovative and recognized company like yours.

    I believe my undergraduate coursework has given me a lot of preparation to become an asset to


    your company. I have been exposed to several topics in my curriculum like Human Resource
    Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Strategic Management, Interpersonal
    behavior, etc., and keen to develop specialized skills in this area. I am also an ECA enthusiast.
    While competing for different tasks and projects in the clubs these enhanced my managerial,
    communication, and interpersonal skills. While working and being a part of various projects, I
    have realized that I have been able to successfully conceive, develop, and execute strategies and
    motivate my junior members through my leadership skills.

    My organizing and leadership experiences, achievements in different competitions have been


    described in my resume which has been attached to this mail.

    I am determined and enthusiastic about the task I have been assigned to be completed. Receiving
    an opportunity to work as an HR Officer here would be an honor. I would like to contribute to
    strategic projects that would help in the growth and development of the company. I feel that your
