    Define Substitute of Workflows

    Hay dos temas:


    1. Si un aprobador se fue de vacaciones y olvidó activar sustituto, con la
    transacción SWIA se pueden reenviar los workitems a el sustituto.
    El tema es ver solo lo wf que tiene el usuario que olvido activar la sustitución. La SWI5 permite
    ver los workitems que tiene un usuario.
    2. Activar la sustitución antes de irse de vacaciones, o luego para arreglar su
    olvido.
    Ejecutar transacción RMPS_SET_SUBSTITUTE (usuario con autorizaciones)

    Transaction RMPS_SET_SUBSTITUTE

    Enter the user id to be substituted.

    Create Substitute
    Select the user and choose Create Substitute (F5).

    Search the substitute and select he/she:


    Define Substitute of Workflows

    Enter the validity, profile, substitute active and save.

    The substitute is added.

    Select Continue (Enter) to confirm the substitution.

    Delimit Substitution
    Run transaction RMPS_SET_SUBSTITUTE again, enter the user id who was substituted.

    Select the substitute and Delimit (F9).

    Enter the end of substitution and Delimit (F5).

    The end of substitution is displayed.

    Select Continue (Enter) to confirm the end of substitution.

    Delete Substitute
    Run transaction RMPS_SET_SUBSTITUTE again, enter the user id who was substituted.

    Select the substitute and Delete substitute (Shift+F2).


    Define Substitute of Workflows

    The substitute is removed, message with relationship deleted.

    Select Continue (Enter) to confirm the substitution.
