and fall in discretionary spending is the key reason for the same. On the contrary, the BPO industry is
expanding at a swift pace compared to the IT services sector which is yet to revive from the financial crisis
turmoil way back in 2008.NASSCOM revised the growth guidance lower for IT software companies to 7% -
9% for FY13 and 12-14% for FY14. An increase in discretionary spending by clients especially in America and

IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited, formerly IRB Infrastructure Developers Private Limited is an Indian
highway construction company headed by Virendra Dattatraya Mhaiskar which was incorporated in 1998, with
its headquarter in Mumbai. It is part of the IRB Group. IRB Infrastructure, which executed the country's first
build-operate-transfer (BOT) road project, is one of the largest operators of such ventures. Currently it has
about 3,404 lane Km operational and about 2,330 lane Km under development. Among its notable projects are
the Mumbai Pune Expressway and the Ahmedabad Vadodara Expressway[2][6] In 2012, IRB acquired Tamil

IRB Infrastructure acquired the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and the Mumbai-Pune National Highway, which
was concluded under the supervision of Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC).
Chittorgarh And Gulabpura (six-laning project) (NH 79)
IRB achieved financial closure for its BOT project from Chittorgarh and Gulabpura. The project is an
expansion of the 124.87-km section on NH79, converting from a four-lane to six-lane expressway. The
concession period of this project is 20 years from the appointed date, including 910 days of construction,
creating smoother transit.[15]The total funding for the project by company will be 6.9 billion and by SPV
(Special Public Vehicle) tied banks will be 14 billion.[16]
