CRACKED CONCH
MAIN DISH
Ingredients
 Snail meat
 Eggs
 Well chopped onion
 Vinegar
 Salt
 lemon
 Pepper
 Baking poder

The place where the food will be made is disinfected


Snail meat is disinfected
Onions and eggs are also disinfected
For the rest of the ingredients, it is taken into account that all the utensils are
disinfected
Preparation:
1) Snail meat is beaten to soften a little, Snail meat is beaten to soften a little.
2) It is drained and cut into small pieces, it is seasoned with salt, pepper, and
lemon.
3) It is mixed with onion, egg, flour and baking powder.
4) The meat is passed by flour and is fried.

 1 cup of flour

water is added to the mixture.
3) The mixture is poured into a 20cm diameter greased cake pan.
4) It is baked for 30-35 minutes until it is brown on top.
5) No more time should be left, as it would be removed quickly.

The serving dishes are disinfected again.


It is served with soy room.
The recommended dishes are the planes.
