Important Points to Remember: Unique Selling Points

 A fixed benefit amount payable for each 24 hrs. of hospitalization because of illness or accident.
 A fixed benefit amount payable once in a policy year, incase of admission for a listed 405 Day Care Procedures.
 No original bills of treatement expenses required, because this policy do not cover those expenses, it covers 24
hrs. of hospitalization.
 Low premium, and High benefit cover.
 No pre policy check up required, as the plan is sourced only to customers with good health conditions.
Permanent Exclusions
 Hospitalization because of Pre-existing diseases not covered.
 Hospitalization because of suicide attempt, intentional self injury, abuse of intoxicating drugs or alcohol not
covered.
 Hospitalization because of traceable pregnancy, maternity, childbirth related treatments not covered.
 Hospitalization because of aesthetic treatments, cosmetic surgeries are not covered unless necessitated by
accidents.
 Hospitalization because of AIDS and related treatments not covered.

Important Points to Remember:
 Customer’s account will be immediately debited to collect the premium.

 Certificate of Insurance will be issued and sent on registered email ID of the client.
 An SMS will be sent to customer along with a bitly link using which, client can download the document.
 Physical copies will not be sent to the customer.
 Channel partners can download the policy pdf from the link.
