    Owner: Ministry of housing, Utilities and Urban Communities.
    Contractor: (JV) Hassan Allam Construction (HAC) & Consolidated Contractors Company
    (CCC).
    Consultant: Engineering Consultants Group (ECG).
    Budget: 5.5 Billion EGP.
    Responsibilities:

     Setting out work in accordance with drawings and specifications.


     Reading drawings and prepare all required information for Foremen and
    subcontractors.
     Supervising and checking work done by Foremen, labors and subcontractors.
     Prepare inspection requests (IR's) and submit it to the QC Dept.
     Co-ordinate with the QC staff to carry out inspections.
     As each activity is completed, Mark up the 'For Construction' drawings.
     Effective and regular planning of work to achieve the target’s progress.
     Prepare requisitions for materials required at site to be available on time.
     Prepare day work details related to subcontractor’s payment and carry it out to QS
    dept.
     Observance of Health & Safety requirements and prepare permits to make sure that
    work comply with legal requirements.
     Keep management informed on issues and problems.

    Responsibilities: Exposed to the analysis and design of reinforced and pre-stressed concrete
    bridges, using various software applications.
