EUGENICS

Genocide in a vaccine:
Pantheism's moral Chemistry

by Suzanne Rini

In early February, 1995, Judie Brown, president of American Life League sent me a letter. To it
was attached another letter, from Sister Mary Pilar Verzosa, RGS, of Pro-Life Philippines, in
Pandacan, Manila.

The January 21, 1995 letter signed by Sister Pilar contained an alarm and news of a situation that
might seem to U.S. readers to be very distant from their concern. However, the facts, implications
and context of Sister's report are actually the face of the New World Order's plan to micromanage
humanity through control of reproduction. From Sister Pilar:

At present, we are doing research on the Tetanus Vaccines that were given last March
1994 by our Dept. of Health to women of reproductive age. Many of the women
complained of bleeding (miscarriages) and allergies. We got alarmed recently when
we received communications from Magally Llaguno that the vaccine in Mexico
contained hCG . . . If you have enough [research] papers, could your group do a press
release via international press like Reuters so that all countries could be alerted?

Sterilization literacy lesson

Most readers probably do not understand the abbreviation "hCG." It stands for "human Chorionic
Gonadotrophin." Here is a formal definition of hCG, taken from Vaccination Against Pregnancy:
Miracle or Menace?, by professional pharmacologist Judith Richter: "HCG is released by the
fertilized egg cell soon after fertilisation and continues to be produced by the placenta. It
stimulates the corpus luteum in the ovary to continue to produce progesterone."

Anyone who has been pregnant and brought her baby to term, then, has been served by hCG
production by the placenta. This would seem to indicate that loading hCG into a tetanus vaccine
would be good, especially for pregnant women. However, such hCG is not that of a woman's own
embryo and would have the effect of creating antibodies that would actually see the embryo or
fetus as a disease or foreign body and repel it through miscarriage, or really, chemically-caused
abortion. In the case of such hCG given to girls of reproductive age who are not pregnant, the hCG
would likewise cause prevention of all fertilizations and therefore act as a sterilizing agent.

Additionally, hCG suppresses the women's and girls' immune systems, the effects of which are at
present unknown but could leave them open, as is any immunosuppressed person, to any and all
infections. Add to this profile the fact that Sr. Pilar reports that the hCG has been inserted into a
tetanus vaccine, and what you have is a massive violation of human rights as well as a perfectly
consistent example of the mindset and practices of the international population control machine.

Tragic questions

The same questions posed by author Richeter in 1993 now haunt Sister Pilar in Manila, pro-lifers
in Mexico, and the women and girls in both countries who have been subjected to what appears to
be human trials of hCG on a control population by the Word Health Organization (WHO) in

1 of 11
cooperation with the governments of those countries: Will the manipulation of the immune system
into attacking body substances ever be safe and reversible? Will women become fertile again
whenever they want to? Will there be health risks for women or their future children? Will the
design of these contraceptives make abuse and coercion possible? Are clinical trials being carried
out with proper precautions and care? Will these contraceptives prevent the transmission of STDs
(Sexually Transmitted Diseases) and AIDS? Why are they being promoted for use in Third World
countries?

This report aspires to answer these questions as well as to provide a context for what is now
transpiring in at least two countries.

Double Homicide

First of all, readers will notice that Richter points out that hCG could prevent the transmission of
STDs and AIDS. But at what price? The suppression of any human being's immune system is
undesirable, and especially cynical if it is done in the name of preventing sexually transmitted
diseases (STDs) and AIDS. Population controllers are infamous for the "double whammy," or
really, double homicide. That is, they often contrive contraceptives, procedures and abortifacients
that not only "treat" fertility but also heighten the chances of the women themselves dying of the
same "treatment."

A few examples are: abortion as now verified as the cause of the upswing in cases of breast
cancer; hyperovulating drugs used in in vitro fertilization as having a proven connection to ovarian
cancer; and from the sterilization and contraception annals of population control, the following,
from Whose Choice: Population Controllers or Yours?, by Robert Whelan, who documents the
"double whammy" in India, which in 1952 "became the testing ground for the development of
every technique for population control." Citing a 1992 British television documentary, "Something
Like a War," Whelan cites the lack of experience of many doctors who were hired to do
sterilizations, and botched them. These then gave rise to "4,000-5,000 ectopic pregnancies . . .
Since most would arise in rural areas where blood transfusions and emergency services are
inadequate, the resulting deaths [of the women] would have to be set against deaths from
unwanted pregnancies that were avoided." In other words, the women were victims of death by
ectopic pregnancy via botched sterilization, rather than of death by illegal abortion! This is
Russian roulette, population control style.

Another eyewitness presented in the same documentary told of how her daughter "developed
severe complications after being fitted with an IUD, but when she went back to the hospital the
staff refused to remove it." Massive infec-tions from IUDs can leave women permanently
sterilized or even bring about their deaths.

Vaccines enough for a sterilization orgy

This short review of both anti-hCG and related population control tactics should cause readers to
realize that population controllers have exactly the mentality needed to use a positive looking
program, such as a tetanus vaccine, as the cryptic means to abort, sterilize and also put at risk
women of childbearing age. After all, the stated goal of the international population control
agenda, as expressed in such documents as Global 2000, is to halve the population of the globe by
the year 2000. Permanent sterilization is the preferred means and the new vaccines are the method
of choice.

To see this ravaging of human beings in close-up, there is the population control information
bulletin, The Baobab Press article, "Coming Attractions: Phantom Sterilizations" (Vol. 3, No. 23,
1993). It reported on the new sterilizing vaccine, Quinacrine, one of its side-effects being "toxic
psychosis," a form of chemically induced insanity, now dispensed in the Third World. The same
article documented a 1990 report on female sterilization by vaccine as a form of population
control. It was prepared by the mega-pop control and eugenics player, Johns Hopkins University.

2 of 11
As is often the case, the JHU was then under contract to the U.S. Agency for International
Development (USAID), the main U.S. governmental exporter of population control of all kinds
and, as such, a primary tool of the Eugenics Establishment.

The Johns Hopkins report disclosed that as of 1990, 123 million women in developing countries
have been surgically sterilized. Obviously, a vaccine that would cause sterility would be even more
efficient as well as able to be given without women understanding exactly what was happening to
them. So, the tetanus vaccine is only one in a larger library of sterilizing, immunosuppressive
vaccines.

Sister Pilar writes a second time

This fuller background on the vaccines disclosed, we return to Sister Pilar's second
correspondence to Mrs. Brown, dated April 16, 1995:

We are in the midst of a court battle regarding the anti-tetanus vaccines used in the
mass immunization of women of reproductive age. The vials we tested proved positive
for beta-hCG while the women had antibodies against beta-hCG. This means their
blood had built up antibodies against pregnancy. The women we tested had
miscarriages, stillbirths or premature births. The government has all its forces against
us-media is on their side and we don't know how the judge will turn. . . . This is David
fighting Goliath-WHO, [World Health Organization], UNICEF [United Nations
International Children's Education Fund], Dept. of Health. At the last court hearing,
the Chief of our BFAD (FDA) admitted that the 3 brands of toxoids [tetanus vaccine]
did not undergo testing or registration in his office before they were distributed to the
public health centers. He said that WHO confirmation was enough. . . . Our women
who lost their babies are grieving.

WHO's lying now?

Various newspaper articles from the Philippines consistently report that the World Health
Organization stands behind the tetanus vaccine, emphasizing over and over again that it does not
contain any abortifiacient, contraceptive or sterilizing agent. However, the same reports quoting
WHO officials have them saying that the tetanus vaccine does contain some hCG but that this is a
good thing because hCG is not anti-hCG and that the hCG is an inhibitor against
miscarriage/abortion.

But as Dr. George Isajiuw, president of the International Federation of Catholic Physicians' Guilds,
points out, any hCG in the tetanus vaccine is inherently anti-hCG in that the vaccine's hCG is not
the woman's own and therefore would produce those antibodies that would repel her embryo or
fetus just as the tetanus component of the vaccine repels the tetanus toxoid by forming antibodies
to the tetanus virus. Additionally, Dr. Isajiuw makes the point that the WHO could have, but did
not, defend the vaccine by saying that hCG could have crept into it because it was cultured in
human fetal tissues-as most mass-produced vaccines are today-and so this is why the hCG is
present rather than because the tetanus vaccine was consciously concocted with hCG in it. This
needs explaining to the average reader: Do you know how vaccines are made? And how to snare a
virus as well. . .?

Most of us have remained totally unaware of the fact that, since the culturing of the polio virus in
human fetal tissues in service of making a polio vaccine in the 1950s, this practice now attends
most mass vaccine production. The "gain" made by doing this is explained by Peter Radetsky in
his Invisible Invaders, The Coming Age of Viruses, "Now test tubes and petri dishes could
diminish the role of monkeys in polio research (a boon to both the virologist and monkey
populations)."

Other vaccines for mass use have isolated the virus itself from aborted babies. The Ohio Parents

3 of 11
for Vaccine Safety, in its December 9, 1994 report, "Aborted Babies Used as Source for Rubella
Vaccine," reported that "[The] rubella component of the vaccine was originally derived from
aborted babies. Aborted babies were obtained during the 1964 rubella epidemic, when many
women were advised to abort babies if the mothers contracted rubella during pregnancy." Quoting
a scientific journal paper on this matter, the Ohio Parents group reveals that the specific live
rubella virus strain is named "RA 27/3" which stands for the following: R=rubella, A=abortus,
27=the 27th aborted baby dissected before live virus could be isolated, 3=third tissue culture
explant. The virus was isolated from this particular baby's kidney.

Therefore, given this common practice, the WHO did not fall back on such procedure, which is
perfectly legal, if not moral, to explain the presence of hCG in the tetanus vaccine.

WHO remains silent when it should have spoken

And finally, Dr. Isajiuw, again as a good scientist looking to rule out all legitimate explanations of
the presence of the hCG, points out that the WHO did not react to charges of hCG pollution of the
tetanus vaccine by pulling it from circulation on the grounds that it had not been sufficiently tested
on animals in order to ascertain whether or not it could cross the placenta and cause
miscarriage/abortion.

The usual suspects

Dr. Isajiuw's scientific objectivity is laudable and necessary to stave off any unfairness in relation
to the WHO. However, it must be pointed out that the earlier cited author, Judith Richter, wrote
her Vaccination Against Pregnancy after attending two symposia, one in 1989 and another in
1992, both held by WHO's Human Reproduction Programme. Additionally, she reported in her
book that in the early 1970s, advances in immunology were the basis for an idea of producing a
vaccine, or new family of vaccines, against pregnancy, and that this effort was funded by the
eugenics oligarchy, comprised of the World Health Organization, the Population Council, the
Rockefeller Foundation and the U.S., Canadian and Indian governments. Thus, efforts to be "fair"
to WHO would entail identifying them as fueling, in the first place, the engine powering the
vaccines against pregnancy. Typically, none of the groveling media reports from the Philippines
uncovered such copiously documented realities surrounding WHO and its eugenic bedfellows.

For instance, demonstrating the wealth of proof on the role of the WHO is the following report,
from the November, 1993 edition of the scientific publication, The DASEB Journal (Vol. 7). The
article, written by an international team of researchers, frankly reported that "The World Health
organization (WHO) Task Force on Birth Control Vaccines has selected the pregnancy hormone
human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG) as a target molecule for a contraceptive vaccine. . . . The
use of the placental glycoprotein hormone, human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG) for vaccination
as a means of birth control has been pursued by the WHO, by the Indian National Institute for
Immunology, and the Population Council of the Rockefeller University for more than a decade."

The misanthropic philanthropist, or Dr. Barnes loves flour beetles and the Minnesota
jackrabbit

The Rockefeller Foundation and its surrogates, the Rockefeller University and the Population
Council's interests in micromanagement of human beings by controlling or expunging their
reproductive lives is also totally knowable. For instance, there is a 1973 edition of The Rockefeller
Foundation Illustrated quoting then head of the foundation, Dr. Allan C. Barnes. Like a Darwinian
of the strict observance, Barnes gave an overview of the reproductive habits of bacteria, flour
beetles, the Norway wild rat and the Minnesota jackrabbit.

From these investigations, he moved right on to humans, stating that "death control without birth
control is pure folly." He also linked the need of cutting down on people, particularly in the
developing countries with the need to increase birth control research which, he opined, was not so

4 of 11
much related to finding more effective means but rather to "seeking something that will reach the
ignorant, the uneducated and the lowly motivated." So the very idea of contraceptive vaccines was
born of the eugenicists' view of the poor as stupid beasts. Vaccines are then the wealthy
eugenicists' comment on how they see the poor: as a passive receptacle for their lethal injections
come of illicit science and preceded by a titillating period of cruel human experimentation.

For some years, this delectably genocidal morsel was chewed upon by the psychopaths at the RF.
Then in the September, 1978 edition of Rockefeller Foundation Illustrated, an enthusiastic report
on the same matter of vaccines appeared. It was forthrightly titled, "Beyond the Pill." The article
describes a meeting held in Abby Aldrich Hall at the Rockefeller University, attended by high
level birth control/population control ideologists and chaired by birth control field marshall,
Sheldon Segal, who was at the time the chairman of the Rockefeller Foundation.

Reiterating Barnes's earlier concerns, this group also discussed the development of new forms of
birth control especially suited to the "ignorant, uneducated and the lowly motivated." They
addressed "81 action items." One of these items was the anti-fertility vaccines.

Pitching in to sterilize the world: An example of pathological munificence

From the core idea flowed the usual investment. When it comes to research toward sterilizing the
poor, no expense is spared by the RF and its associates, who see in their investment the endless
opportunity to play the role of Darwinian natural selection. The footprints of the investment are all
over author Richter's helpful and most precise chart, presented on two pages of her Vaccination
Against Pregnancy and titled, "Current Research." That is, who turned their shoulders to the wheel
and researched the new generation of sterilization/contraceptive vaccines?

Richter reports "Five major and four smaller teams operating on four continents are carrying out
research on immunological contraceptives." These centers and their researchers point to the vast
international network at the behest of and funded by the population control machine. At the top of
the list is no less than the World Health Organization. From Richter on WHO's involvement:

WHO has a Special Programme of Research, Development and Research Training in

Human Reproduction which includes a Task Force on Vaccines for Fertility
Regulation. . .The focus of research [is an] anti-hCG contraceptive. Phase 1 clinical
trials in Australia [are] completed. Phase 2 clinical trials will start in Sweden in 1993. .
.The funders. . . [are]: the United Nations Development Programme, United Nations
Population Fund, World Bank, governments of Denmark, Norway, Sweden, United
Kingdom, Federal Republic of Germany.

Aside from WHO, others conducting research on immunological contraceptives are:

The National Institute of Immunology in New Delhi, India, funded in part by the Rockefeller
Foundation;

The Population Council, New York, with main trial centers in Helsinki, Finland; Santo
Domingo, Dominican Republic; Santiago, Chile; and earlier trails held in Uppsala, Sweden
and Bahia, Brazil. Funders of this branch of the anti-fertility vaccine machine are the
Andrew Mellon Foundation; George J. Hecht Fund; Dodge Foundation; Rockefeller
Foundation; National Institutes of Health and the United States Agency for International
Development. Mellon, Dodge, Rockefeller and the NIH and USAID are all known eugenics
establishment regulars.

CONRAD, or the Contraceptive Research and Development Programme at the Eastern

Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. This tentacle of the anti-fertility vaccine
research has something to say about connections. As Ms. Richter writes, this group's focus is
on "anti-sperm" contraceptives and they are working at the "pre-fertilization" level . . . and
antigens of the zona pellucida."

5 of 11
Not all scientists are prepared to go gently into this dark night. At a 1989 CONRAD symposium,
Richter records the reservations expressed by David Hamilton, a researcher from the University of
Minnesota:

We have heard during the meeting that zona pellucida [outside coating on a mature
egg] antigens cause atrophy of the ovary . . . And in the male, even immunisation with
very sperm-specific surface antigens cause orchitis [inflammation of the testicles]. Yet
now it has been suggested . . . to get [still] more specific antigens. But doesn't the
inherent problem remain-that we are immunising against body constituents and this
may cause auto-immunity?

Obviously, Hamilton is untutored in the previously described "double homicide" factor, in which
all new population control tools worth the money invested in them should kill two birds with one
stone.

The final perpetrator of anti-fertility agent research is the U.S. taxpayer funded National Institute
for Child Health. Richter lists its area of research as "anti-sperm and anti-egg contraceptives." This
means suppression of both men's and women's immune system to prevent pregnancy by seeing
human sexual intercourse as the cause of the "disease" of pregnancy.

Phase III human trials in the Philippines?

Going back to the WHO listing by Richter, we see that at the time of her writing, it was engaged in
Phase 2 trials. A document from Mexico's Comite Nacional Pro Vida (National Pro-Life
Committee) vividly expresses objections against the tetanus vaccine's content. Published in the
November 25, 1994 edition of El Heraldo, it was written by Fernando Lopez Barajas and titled
"The Anti-Tetanic Does Inhibit Pregnancy, Specialists Refute."

Barajas reports that "two biochemical pharmacologists from private laboratories have confirmed
that the anti-tetanic vaccine . . . does contain chorionic gonadotrophin, a hormone which inhibits
pregnancy." Barajas goes on to report that Jorge Serrano Limon, the national director of the
National Pro-Life Committee, explained that the vaccination campaign using the toxoid with
chorionic gonadotrophin is being administered to rural populations in a discriminatory manner.
Those immunized are young girls 12 years of age or younger in elementary and secondary schools,
who are not at risk of pregnancy . . . [Limon] states that there is conclusive proof which
scientifically demonstrates the adulteration of the vaccine [and] that . . . there is a possibility that
these campaigns are being used to sterilize the population and are a response to the international
plan to control births . . . Considering that this is a problem of grave consequences, since it is a
violation of the human rights of adolescents, parents, and the society . . .

Going on with the factor of the Phase 2 trials already reported to have been carried out, there is
yet another document from Señor Limon pointing to the probability that the tetanus immunization
program in the Philippines and Mexico may be the Phase III human trials on the hCG factor in the
tetanus vaccine. In his "The Use of Tetanic Toxoid in Massive Vaccination Campaigns," Señor
Limon asserts his belief that the investigation . . . of a tetanic toxoid with the chorionic
gonadotrophin hormone . . . is in stage III, which consists of human experimentation. It is
occurring in Third World countries, such as India, Africa and Latin America. This information was
provided by Health Action International, whose headquarters are in Amsterdam, Holland, and has
been recently revised by Judith Richter . . . in August 1993.

If Limon is correct in surmising that the distribution of the tetanus vaccine is a non-consensual
way of testing the hCG factor on a human control group, then he is also correct in citing fear of
the unknown effects, namely, "we do not know its possibilities as a contraceptive and sterilizer,"
or whether its effects are temporary or permanent. In the Philippines, women of childbearing age
and younger, even pre-pubescent girls, are being given five doses of the vaccine. Thus it is
unknown if the hCG content could render them infertile long-term-or completely sterile.

Admissions and answers to big questions

The answer to that question is available from D. W. Lincoln, of the Center for Reproductive
Biology, in Edinburgh, UK, in his 1993 British Medical Studies journal article titled,
"Contraception for the year 2020." Lincoln explains that current "contraceptive steroids" by 2020
would only be used for "positive health care, with particular regard to breast cancer, osteoporosis
and well being." Lincoln reveals that "a first generation prototype vaccine has been developed in
which BetaHCG-carboxy terminal peptide . . . has been linked to a carrier conjugate (diphtheria
toxoid), mixed with a synthetic immunostimulant and formulated into a viscous water emulsion."

That is, a diphtheria vaccine was made containing hCG to stifle any pregnancy as well as to act as
a contraceptive. Lincoln also reports that "Phase I clinical studies have been completed on women
who have been surgically sterilised." It was found that these women, given the diptheria-hCG
vaccine developed antibodies that would, in a non-sterilized victim, repel any pregnancy or
prevent conception for six months. Lincoln then revealed, in 1993, that "Phase III clinical studies
are now in progress to examine the contraceptive efficacy of this technology." He was optimistic
about "improvement," namely through "engineering of more potent" antigens or repellents of any
pregnancy.

Going on to "vaccination strategy," Lincoln notes that "the immune system provides both great
specificity and a long duration of action." That is, the suppression of the immune system through
administration of a vaccine that delivers hCG provides population controllers with known results.
However, Lincoln also reveals that "reversibility is a potential problem." He goes on to reflect that
there is no way to predict or control the dwindling of antibodies-which prevent pregnancy or
destroy existing ones-because this "may vary widely between individuals." Also, "[It] is very
difficult to predict what may happen when antibodies reach threshold levels. Will the onset of
menses be delayed? Will one encounter an increase in first trimester abortion? Will embryo
development, in ongoing pregnancies, be compromised?"

The chemical chastity belt

Dr. Lincoln's provocative picture of a chemical-chastity-belt type of vaccine finds its popular
expression in an August, 1994 report from First magazine, a popular mass publication. In its
"Genes 'R' Us" article on current trends in human embryo engineering:

Genetics may be able to lend a hand when it comes to reining in youthful hormones.
Why risk having your future daughter's high-school exam results wrecked by puberty
and her discovery of boys? A simple genetic amendment could delay the onset of
adolescence until 16, 18, or 20.

This description fits that of ones floated in the 1970s regarding an American Psychological
Association report on a "Lock On-Lock Off" form of reversible sterilization. However, in that
report, the "Lock-Off" of the genetic chastity belt would depend on how one fared before a
committee appointed to decide who could or could not reproduce.

Omega point: Lifetime sterility

Surely first trimester abortions and defective babies are messy political and moral problems.
Lincoln rises to the seriousness of the consequences by turning to hope on the horizon: "It is
entirely plausible . . . that more attractive antigenic targets may be identified which will provide a
life-long contraceptive protection." Citing the immunosuppressing hCG-based vaccines in
circulation now, he says that "immunological infertility as expressed by men and women appears
to be of a very long duration."

Therefore, Lincoln dreams-a dream with teeth in it-the next step is to try to "generate . . . life-long

7 of 11
immunological infertility by design" and then escalate to the next challenge, to "develop . . .
technologies that would allow the infertility to be reversed." But for now, he very ingenuously
reveals to those alarmed about the tetanus and other hCG vaccines, "It is not possible within
current knowledge to suggest how such immunological infertility might be reversed, at least in the
context of a long-acting hCG vaccine." The only thing that is missing in this whole scheme of
Lincoln's revelations is how long-lasting the hCG in the tetanus vaccine is. Six months? Six years?
Or a lifetime?

Reversible sterility would no doubt be regulated as well by the future expression of the population
control machine. It is unlikely that Third World persons would be among those qualifying for the
reversal by some international eugenics high court of appeal. The frankly stated goals of the
population controllers is to halve the population of the earth by the year 2000. While abortion and
contraception are part of this picture, sterilization, backed by forcible and cryptic methods, has for
years been a genocidal reality in the Third World.

New gods and condoms: The transnationals liquidate the poor

Those who track the population control behemoth regularly deliver documented and exhaustive
data on the mind, motives and practices of these forces. One such consistent and reliable
publication is the Population Research Institute Review, edited by Jean Guilfoyle. The
March/April, 1993 number carried an article titled "Philippine Resistance: On Population and
Sustainable Development." It conveys the satanic engine, powering pseudo-scientific phrases such
as "sustainable development," a buzzword that sanctions mass murder in the name of utopian
schemes. Writes the author:

State-imposed population control is the "Jaganatha" of the new world order, the "lord
of the world," designed to haul both developed and developing nations into a utopia of
unlimited human perfection and economic expansion. Like the ancient god, the
contemporary idol exacts blind devotion and terrible sacrifice. And like the ancient
worshippers, contemporary industrial nations have thrown themselves under the idol's
wheels to be crushed by youth deficits and aging populations.

The burgeoning population growth of Third World nations has become a threat to the
maintenance of the political/economic status quo among world industrialized powers.
In the face of these contemporary political/economic pressures, it makes perfect
strategic sense to eliminate half the people of the world in order to make the other
half happy. It does not make sense however to some within the countries targeted by
the "Jaganatha."

Another edition of the same publication, dated January/February 1991, carries a report from The
Economist, October 20, 1990: "The Philippines: Too Many Babies." At that time, Catholic priests
decried from the pulpit "Mrs. Aquino's 200 million birth control program." The same article states,
"Mrs. Aquino, who has been viewed as a devout Catholic, has accepted the argument that the
country's gradual economic recovery will be held back unless population growth is checked." Mrs.
Aquino's government currently also has door to door delivery of free condoms. The leap to
cryptocoercion and sterilization via "vaccination day" is but a short leap in logic and praxis.

Bloody bribery: When the World Bank comes to your door...

It is more than likely that Mrs. Aquino, like many other world government leaders, is the recipient
of long term World Bank and IMF loans for "sustainable development," which are really
population control funds since sustainable development's dark side is eradication of the poor
whose fertility habits-called "differential fertility" in the pop-con lexicon-are out of sync with
resource consumption, another pitiful excuse for carrying out pop-con style genocide. Jean
Guilfoyle, above cited, writes in the July/August, 1991 issue of her Review on "World Bank
Population Policy: Remote Control":

8 of 11
Like family planning programs financed under the U.S. foreign assistance budget, the
World Bank's population activities were built around a strategy of planned escalation.
In late 1989, Bank President Barber O. Conable . . . announced that the bank had lent
over half a billion dollars for population projects during the past five years. "We
expect," he added, "to raise this level to 800 million in the next three years."

Population control funds from the outstretched hand of the World Bank are recognized by savvy
leaders of Third World countries to be linked to their own political fates and to the likelihood or
not that their countries will be able to borrow money from the World Bank or the IMF or any of
the other world financial institutions. In other words, an offer for population control funds from
the World Bank is an "offer you can't refuse," in the Mafia sense. Or, as Mrs. Guilfoyle expresses
it, "Getting nations to borrow money for projects they don't want is a lot like a bank manager
telling a couple they can't have money to fix the bathtub unless they agree to use contraceptives."

Let's hook up the above to its real context, the so-called New World Order by quoting yet another
essay from the July/August 1993 number of the same above quoted PRI Review. It is by Michael
Schooyans, a most articulate Belgian writer, philosopher and theologian. He goes even further in
delineating the fundamental cog in the New World Order, in his "The New World Order and
Demographic Security."

Schooyans' premise is that the World Bank, in its 1991 Report on Development explains that the
"main target to be aimed at, for the purposes of "development," is the organization of a free world
market." To this end, this unbridled laissez-faire capitalistic and ultra-liberal notion, all "public
authorities must collaborate." Thus we see:

"the participation of poor countries in this world market, however, is conditioned on controlling
birth rates." So, if poor countries don't agree to population control strategies, the spoils of the free,
global market will not be available to them. They will be allowed to starve to death unless they
sacrifice about one-half of their citizens to sterilization. And quite interesting is that the American
pro-life movement is entwined with the transnational cliented free-market right wing. How
convenient.

In order to ensure that one-half of humanity's fertility be expunged, a new not-so-cryptic form of
genocide via vaccination now stalks the world. Viruses, proteins, hormones, genes-all of man's
most personal "raw materials" have been appropriated by the eugenicists and used as so many
vehicles of "gnosis," the getting and deploying of secret knowledge in service of self divinity,
always the recipe for mass extermination.

Pantheism at base

The ritualistic scientific gnosis, powered by the esoteric, is covered over with handy phrases such
as "global markets" and "sustainable development." But beyond the euphemisms and pseudo-
scientific phrases lies the cosmogony of Gaia, in which the earth is god and must be propitiated
with blood sacrifice. Eugenics as population control is one expression of the gnostic pentecostal
aims of the Earth religion. It is not man's disappearance through sterilization, abortion and
contraception and death that is regretted. Rather it is the perceived death and torture by man of
Nature that is the new crucifixion.

Sister Pilar in Manila is a Catholic; as well, Limon and Barajas in Mexico. But there are other
Catholics who have already endorsed, by adopting Gaia, the abolition of one half of the earth's
inhabitants by stealthy means. The ranks of the Catholic collaborators are surfacing, slowly but
surely. As against the cries of women crucified to the cross of sterilization in the Third World,
there is such blasphemy as the Australian Catholic Relief's "Stations of the Forest," planted in
every Roman Catholic primary school in Australia. The "Stations" were discovered by John Cotter
and published in his Environmentalism and Pantheism:

9 of 11
1. The forest is condemned to death.
2. A road is carved on the back of the forest.
3. The forest falls the first time.
4. The trees meet their mother earth.
5. The loggers help carry the logs.

What the bishop knew

In this pantheism, chemical or genetic human sterilization would be newly cast as "moral." And in
fact, in 1971, Father James McHugh (now bishop of Camden, New Jersey) testified before the
U.S. Commission on Population and the American Future. Asked by a member of the Commission
what the Catholic Church means by "morally acceptable" means of birth control, Father McHugh,
who has also served on the March of Dimes and the sex education arm of Planned Parenthood,
SIECUS, replied: "I think really when you look into new ways, those new ways would be ways to
conform to the dignity of man, to the nature of his personal actions. It is entirely possible that any
number of new chemical methods of contraception could be discovered or could be presently
under research that would be morally acceptable to Catholic teaching."

It is interesting to note that in 1971, Father McHugh was quite conversant with what is only little
known today, namely, the research and development of "chemical methods of contraception."
Indeed, in 1971, two years before Roe v. Wade, Father McHugh was aware of the "Beyond the
Pill" strategies, even hinting that at that point in time such chemical means of contraception "could
be presently under research."

More recently, Bishop McHugh traveled to Cairo for the recent population summit and there
played a prominent role in spotlighting the population control agenda for abortion while deleting
any mention of the new sterilizing and contraceptive vaccines of his former interest. Perhaps
Bishop McHugh might contact the Australian authors of the "Stations of the Forest" and arrange a
trip to Manila or Mexico City to talk to the victims of the vaccines. But of course, the women and
girls there are probably "too stupid" to understand the subtleties explaining how chemical
contraception is acceptable to "Catholic morality."

Addendum

Not long after the controversy surrounding the alleged role of the World Health Organization in
carrying out Phase III Human Trials of the anti-fertility vaccine in the Philippines and in Mexico,
Dr. Gursaran Prasad Talwar of India admitted his role in developing just such a vaccine. In July
1996, Scientific American published an article titled, "Gursaran Prasad Talwar: Pushing the
Envelope for Vaccines," by Madbusree Mukerjee. In the article, longtime Population Council
researcher and idea man Sheldon Segal praised Talwar as "one of the top three scientists from the
developing countries." It was also verified that in the 1970s, it was Talwar who "developed a
contraceptive vaccine that induces antibodies against part of the reproductive process in women."

Moreover, Talwar described his research's impetus as emerging from a fact of his own life. While
certainly worth recounting here, Dr. Talwar was being ingenuous. As proven in the main text of

this article, the idea for an anti-fertility vaccine originated with the combined and interlocked
forces of the Rockefeller Foundation, USAID Population Division, and the Population Council.
Talwar is only a long-time research adjunct of these same forces. At any rate, Talwar's
self-indulgent story has stock propaganda relevance and value since the entire mythos of
population control is built on the falsity that its agents are women's liberators, who care about
them and seek to aid their suffering. Talwar's mother, he related, died soon after he was born. He
"came to believe that she died of tetanus." Here again, Talwar seems maliciously mischievous
since, under cover of exactly tetanus prevention, his vaccine came on the third world scene.

Because the anti-fertility vaccine needs to be renewed every three months, Talwar admitted that
his vaccine against pregnancy needs refining. There was no word in the same article regarding the
fact that the anti-fertility vaccine attacks the woman's immune system, leaving her open to
non-fatal and fatal diseases, including AIDS.

On Talwar's desk were many awards for his long service to humanity. One of these had the motif
of a dancing Shiva, the Hindu goddess of both good and evil. Shiva is the thief as well as the
victim, the creator and the destroyer. Thus, in the awards, Talwar is touted as having developed an
anti-leprosy wonder drug as well as an anti-fertility vaccine. It is no wonder that Margaret Sanger
went early to India to help set up contraceptive research institutes. The Hindu religious system
inherently supports eugenics. Eugenics also propitiates both the principle of good and the principle
of evil, it can cure or it can kill. Or, as Margaret Sanger said, "I can create, I can destroy." For
Christians, then, eugenics is completely familiar as being founded in the Garden of Eden and man's
disobedience to God's one command. The tree of knowledge, or the tree of good and evil was
forbidden Adam and Eve since only God can name and know good and evil. Yet, the serpent
importuned them to eat the fruit of that tree, the Tree of Life, promising them that they would "be
like God." The result was no less than the Fall by original sin, and attending exile.

Today, eugenics also promises liberation and power. In a living tableau of the Fall, as well as of
the heavenly battle between the good and bad angels in heaven, the results are alienation and
death on every level: spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural. Not only is eugenics commensurate
with these primordial and supernatural doctrines of the Catholic faith, but eugenics also rushes
onward, being a kind of temporal (and perhaps, ultimately, spiritual) apocalypse, replete with the
four horsemen bringing singular forms of destruction and death.
