SUMMARY/REFLECTION

From the Module on Multicultural Education: A Challenge to Global Teachers, I realized that one
of the important thing to consider to become a global teacher is considering the differences than
similarities. It will show the value of everyone's identity and culture. It let me consider the value of
history and tradition and it can also affect one's perspective. Diversity is not a conflict within classroom
it is a matter of having positive view that is open for all students to influence others that appreciation is
one of things that should known.
