UNDERTAKING AND AGREEMENT
For the German Language Training, the student undertakes to:

1. Perform to the best of my ability, in the German Language Training provided by Talkideas Co.
2. Pay in the amount of Php , (in words)
before the assessment date.

3. Pay the 30% of the amount as down payment upon the enrollment to start of the classes and present the confirmed
slip with receipt on the first day of class.
4. Regularly and religiously attend classes as scheduled.
5. Submit all necessary documents as per request of the partner agency and the employer (as an extended service by
the center) – if applicable
6. Pay any penalties and the full amount of training once the training agreement has not been fulfilled.
7. Be responsible for any process and disqualification on the part of the employment application (for internal students
only)
The Talkideas Co. shall:

1. Provide to the best of its ability to impart and provide the lectures needed by the student in the language level they
are enrolled.
2. Provide the students learning materials included in the course.
3. Provide a conducive and well-ventilated place for training.
4. Conduct extended classes for those classes missed that has been declared by the Center or due to unprecedented
situations.
5. Maintain communication, provide updates on their training program, and assist in the preparation of initial
documents necessary for the employment.
6. Assist on interview schedule and provide coaching on the basic questions they may encounter and how to tackle
them (for internal students).
7. Provide orientation of the German Culture as preparation for their stay in Germany.
8. Endorse students to the German Employer and Accredited Recruitment Agency for further application process (for
internal students).
9. Drop any applicant that does not meet the qualification and demand of the language training under the employment
program – if applicable
I hereby agree and submit all the above stipulations on this contract with full acceptance of its terms and conditions
provided herewith.
