    Eminem is the author's favorite singer. Born in 1977 in Missouri, Eminem had a difficult childhood without his father and dropped out of high school to pursue a career in hip hop music. His first album "Infinite" sold poorly but his second album "The Slim Shady LP", released with Dr. Dre's help, sold 3 million copies and launched his successful rap career. Eminem's third album "The Marshall Mathers LP" broke sales records and some of the author's favorite songs are featured on it. The author admires Eminem's work ethic and honesty.

    My favourite singer

    My favourite singer is Eminem. He is also


    know as Marshall Bruce Mathers III. Born on
    17th of october 1997 in Missouri, he had a
    turbulent childhood. He was raised without a
    father and dropped out of school in ninth
    grade determined to make hip-hop music.

    Eminem released his first album “infinite” in


    1996 which sold about 1000 copies and failed
    to turn a profit. Then, with the help of Dr Dre,
    he managed to realease his second album
    “The Slim Shady LP” in 1999 which sold
    about 3 million copies, won two grammy
    awards, 4 MTV Video Music Awards and
    launched his career as a rapper.

    In 2000 he released his third album “The


    Marshall Mathers LP”, which set a record for
    the fastest-selling rap album and was
    nominated for the album of the year.
    Some of my favourite songs are “The way I
    am”, “Mockingbird”, “Bad Guys Always Die”,
    and “Stan”.

    I sometimes look at Eminem as a role model:


    He worked hard and followed his dreams,
    couldn't care less about what anybody says
    about him and he is honest.
