1. This is to announce the start of the recruitment and selection process for K to 12
Teacher-positions for School Year 2020-2021 using the new hiring guidelines.
2. All K to 12 Teacher-applicants shall submit to the School Heads of schools

where a teacher shortage or vacancy exists a written application and other supporting
documents.
3. The documents to be submitted by the applicants will be discussed during the

I. RATIONALE
In line with DepEd Order No.83 s.2012 entitled Implementing Guidelines on the
Revised School-Based Management (SBM) Framework, Assessment and Tool (APAT),
the Department of Education continues to build networks of educational leaders in
school and communities that will guide the educational system achieve its shared
vision, mission and goals. To provide a mechanism and guidance for this kind of
cooperation between and among schools and to promote the culture of sharing, DepEd
issues enclosed Guidelines on the School-to-School partnerships FY 2016 as per
DepEd Order No. 44, series 2016.
Anent to this, the Division will be conducting an Orientation on the Guidelines

of the STS Partnership cum Validation of Partner Schools and Signing of
Agreement.
II. OBJECTIVES:
This activity specifically aims to:
 discuss the operational guidelines of DepEd Order No. 44, s. 2016;

 validate the selected partner school; and
 signing of agreement of both leader and partner schools.

OF SCHOOL-TO-SCHOOL PARTNERSHIP
II. RATIONALE:
In line with DepEd Order No.83 s.2012 entitled Implementing Guidelines on

the Revised School-Based Management (SBM) Framework, Assessment and Tool
(APAT), the Department of Education continues to build networks of educational
leaders in school and communities that will guide the educational system achieve its
shared vision, mission and goals. To further sustain this policy direction, the DepEd
shall strengthen the cooperation, collaboration and partnership among schools at the
local level because these schools which are high-performing can be valuable resource
as coaches, mentors or role models for those schools that have not yet reached their
full potential. This is also in compliance to DepEd Order 44, series 2016, entitled
“Guidelines on the School to School partnerships FY 2016”.
Anent to this, the Division will be conducting a Division Writeshop on Work

Financial Plan (WFP) of School-to-School Partnership on September 13, 14, 15 and 16,
2016.
III. OBJECTIVES:
This activity specifically aims to:
 engage in collaborative professional development activities

 jointly undertake planning, problem solving and resource mobilization
activities (WFP);
