    “Hard work is key to success” is a very common quote that is a universal
    truth. History is evident that all successful people worked hard to ride on
    the glories of their time. The assumption “Teachers that work too hard
    are the ones that burn out” is destructive for the key concept of success
    not only for teachers but also for every person struggling to excel in his life.
    Teachers who are sincere with their profession are never hampered by the
    tiring struggle to produce excellent results. They work effortlessly for the
    upbringing of their pupils. The teachers with low morale burn out if they
    even say a single word for their students. Such kind of teachers never
    works hard to develop their educational skills. Hard work sometimes brings
    a miracle to make people famous around the world.
    Hard work never burns out teachers who work with a loyal and sincere
    approach to their profession. Struggling attitude is a grave requirement for
    one’s own personal and professional development. Teachers must feel
    themselves like candles that burn themselves to illuminate the darkness.
    Teachers must burn themselves to brighten the intellectual approaches and
    personality of future generations who will have to combat with growing
    challenges for the world. Teachers are the bright source of personality
    development of pupils who are attached to them for a long period of their
    life.
    Teachers' personality impacts a lot own student’s personality. The early
    age of pupils is of great importance because personality traits are
    developed at the stage. The students are inspired by their teachers as they
    spend more time with them. The students consider their teachers as their
    role models and follow them in their life. Therefore, loyal and struggling
    teachers who always work hard are very important for the complete
    development of future generations. Moreover, a teacher with an elegant
    personality will make his pupils successful in their lives.
