    Dear Madam,

    W.r.t. our leave & license agreement Ref. No. : 3328 / 2015 dated 10.04.2015 of Unit No. : B - Block, 224 on
    the 2nd Floor in Antop Hill Warehousing Company Ltd premises, VIT College Road, Wadala - East, Mumbai
    400 037, as per agreed terms we hereby request your terminating this agreement & treating this letter as a
    30 days notice period due to our having decided to relocate to a place closer to my 75 years old mother for
    assisting her when ever required ! Request your understanding of the same !
    We would be shifting w.e.f. 01.02.18 !

    In view of the above we also take this opportunity to request your processing return of the security deposit of
    INR. 50,000.00 vide Cheque favouring Intertrade Automation Solutions latest by 31.01.2018 along with
    calculated difference of 2 months rent !

    tenure in referred premises.
