experience.
Document theme: A coordinated combination of a color scheme, font set, and effects.
Content control: an object that contains instructions for filling in text and graphics.

Layout tab, then on the Page Color button and selecting Fill Effects. In Fill Effects click on the Pattern
tab and select a pattern.

any paragraph formatting.
PDF: Stands for Portable Document Format, a file format created by Adobe Systems designed to be
viewed on systems which might lack the software used to create the original document.
Adobe Reader: A free program designed to view, navigate, and print PDF files. It can be downloaded
on Adobe's site. You cannot create PDFs with this, instead you need Adobe Acrobat or Word.
XPS: XML Paper Specification, a file format created by Microsoft designed to be viewed on systems
which might lack the software used to create the original document. Microsoft includes a XPS Viewer
on most Windows installations. It is possible to create XPS files with Word.
HTML: Stand for Hypertext Markup Language, a set of codes that internet browsers can interpret. Not
all of Word's formatting is supported by the format.
– A single file Web page format saves all of the components of the Web page in a single file that
has the .mht extension.
– The Web Page format saves some of the components of the Web page in a folder separate from
the web page.
– The filtered Web Page format saves the file in Web page format and reduces the file size by
removing specific Microsoft Office formats.
