It is with tremendous pride that we inform you that Chanakya National Law University (CNLU)
is organizing the 11th CNLU National Parliamentary Debate from 13th to 15th September 2019.
The students of CNLU have been organizing CNLU National Parliamentary Debate
successfully for the last 10 years, drawing crowds from every corner of the country.
ABOUT CHANAKYA NATIONAL LAW UNIVERSITY
CNLU is widely acclaimed and regarded as one of the premier National Law Schools, and
merely within ten years of its establishment, it has cultivated not only some of the best legal
minds but also leaders in virtually every sphere of life. The institution prides itself on giving its
students the ability to develop skills not just in regard to advocacy and legal reform, but also
in various literary and cultural spheres in order to provide an environment of all-round
development, with the intention of fostering leadership and character building in each of its

students. With this objective in mind, the students and administration of CNLU have been
organizing the CNLU National Parliamentary Debate for the past 10 years.
ABOUT CNLU NATIONAL PARLIAMENTARY DEBATE
CNLU National Parliamentary Debate presently in its 11th edition, is a 3-day national debating
event which witnesses participation from premier institutions from across the country. The
tournament being an open tournament, invites people from all across the country as debaters
and adjudicators. This ensures highest standards of debating By bringing in the best possible
competitors as well as meticulous judging in the tournament, highest standards of debating is
ensured.
The event has been expanding ever since its inception and it is rapidly gaining popularity on a
national level.
It would be Chanakya National Law University's privilege to collaborate with you this year in
hosting this event. We offer you the following packages to invest in and we promise you an

Why CNLU National Parliamentary Debate?

participation from across the country every year.

pour in as Independent Adjudicators.

year. The footfall the previous year was as large as 800 people over the three days of the
debating tournament.

SPONSORSHIP DETAILS
The following packages are available to all sponsors:

❖ CO-SPONSOR: Rs. 50,000
❖ ASSOCIATE SPONSOR: Rs. 25000

❖ ADDITIONAL SPONSOR:
• Additional Sponsor(I) at Rs. 20,000, or;
• Additional Sponsor (II) at Rs. 15,000. We offer the Sponsor the chance to choose any
of the packages mentioned above. The Sponsor may choose to patron one or more of
the categories under Associate Sponsor.
Any other form of sponsorship in cash or kind is accepted.

❖PACKAGE I –TITLE SPONSOR PACKAGE
SPONSORSHIP AMOUNT: Rs. 1,00,000/-
DELIVERABLES:
Sponsor will be featured as a TITLE-SPONSOR of the 11th CNLU National Parliamentary

Debate. There will be only one Title sponsor in the entire event.
In House:
• The sponsor logo will be present on the side banners of the event stage.
• Publicity in the University 15 days prior to the event.
• Every aspect of 11th CNLU National Parliamentary Debate is run by a group of volunteers.
Each such volunteer will wear a special Logistics badge, prominently bearing the name
and mark of the Title Sponsor.
• Additional Banner Space across the premises of the event, (approximately 6 banners of
7’x 4’) made available to the sponsor according to their promotional requirements.

• A giant projector screen shall be in operation throughout the debates and shall provide
an ideal medium for the sponsor to screen messages, images, videos and any other
promotional material.
Media, Web & Print:

• Exclusive mentions as our Title Sponsor on all Print Media and Radio Publicity.
• Logo on the folders, notepads, letter head.
• Special Coverage on the CNLU Parliamentary Debate Page on social networking sites and
other available web-based platform.
Other:
• Stalls (9’ X 9’ in the University grounds) for sale of sponsors’ merchandise or other
promotional activity may be set up without any additional costs.
• Sponsors may also conduct informal events at the venue, as well as organizing any form
of product promotion.

❖PACKAGE II- CO-SPONSOR PACKAGES
SPONSORSHIP AMOUNT: Rs. 50,000/-
DELIVERABLES:
The Co-Sponsor logo and name to be present on sponsor exclusive Flexes, Posters and
Hoardings on the event premises. There will be only four associate sponsors in the entire event.
In House:
• The sponsor logo will be present on the side banners of the event stage.
• Publicity in the University 15 days prior to the event.

❖PACKAGE III- ASSOCIATE SPONSOR
Associate Sponsors can sponsor the event either in cash or kind. There are different packages
under this category and a sponsor can choose any preferred category.
1) MEDIA AND COMMUNICATIONS SPONSOR PACKAGE
SPONSORSHIP AMOUNT: Rs. *25,000*
DELIVERABLES:
The media and communication sponsor of our entire event would be entitled to enhance their
brand. This would include the following –
• Various scaffoldings will be put up which shall remain highly visible to all sections of the
audience at all times.

• Stalls for sale of sponsors' merchandise or other promotional activity may be set up
without any additional costs. The size of each stall is the standard 9' X 9', located along
the in the University grounds and in close proximity and in full view of the entire
audience of the event.
• A Sponsor theme-based award to be given out, for which the sponsor may offer a small
prize at the venue, combined with the 11th National Parliamentary Debate paraphernalia
from our side.
• As the media and communication sponsor, the sponsor shall cover the events conducted
during the event.

2) LOGISTICS SPONSOR PACKAGE
DELIVERABLES:
• Sponsor name and Logo at all accommodations and logistic kits of participants.
• All vehicles used for the transportation of participants for the duration of the event will
bear the Sponsor name and logo.

3) PRIZE SPONSOR PACKAGE
DELIVERABLES:
• All prizes shall be introduced as being sponsored by the Prize Sponsor.

• As prize sponsor, he/she shall sponsor the trophies of the event.
4) FOOD SPONSOR PACKAGE

• A Sponsor theme-based award to be given out, for which you could offer a small prize at
the venue, combined with 11th National Parliamentary Debate paraphernalia from our
side.
• As the food sponsor, the sponsor shall provide for the catering of 3-day event along with
organizing the night party which is conducted on the second day of the tournament.
