    AGREEMENT TO PAY

    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:


    This is to CERTIFY that LORNA G. ZINGABO, 71 years old and DEMETRIO
    GACIAS, both Filipinos and a bonafide residential of Purok 04 CATO,
    TUAO,CAGAYAN.

    TO CERTIFY FURTHER that MR. DEMETRIO GACIAS, mortgage his ¼ ha. (.25
    ha.) of rice field to Mrs. LORNA G. ZINGABO the mortgagor with the amount of
    seventy thousand pesos (70,000) last Feb. 04 2019. Mr. Demetrio Gacias the
    mortgagee asked from Mrs. LORNA G. ZINGABO and additional amount of THIRTY
    SIX THOUSAND PESOS (36,000) on this day Sept. 06, 2019.

    That both parties the mortgage agreed to get back the said rice field until
    such time the amount of One hundred six thousand will be returned to the
    mortgagor.

    Issued this 6th day of September 2019 at Barangay Cato, Tuao, Cagayan.

    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:


    This is to certify the agreement made between MARFIE LUMELAY, of Piat,
    Cagayan and RONEL CAMBA of Purok 04 Cato, Tuao, Cagayan.

    THAT, Marfie Lumelay has agreed to pay Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (P250.00) as
    daily income of Ronel Camba until such time the latter’s wound will heal.

    On the 19th day of January Marfie Lumelay rode his motorcycle and on his way he
    accidentally collided with Ronel Camba who is riding his “kulung-kulung” vehicle
    which resulted to the injury of Ronel Camba.

    Issued this 19th day of January 2020 at Barangay Cato, Tuao, Cagayan.
