    PTA Meeting Narrative Report

    S.Y. 2018-2019

    Objectives

    1. Discuss the rules and regulations of school.

    2. Conduct PTA Election.

    II. Highlights

    Last June 29, 2018, the PTA meeting was held at Banoyo National High

    School at exactly 2:00 pm. The meeting started with a prayer led by one of the

    parent of Grade 10-Bronze.The first agenda, rules and regulations of

    school, was discussed by the adviser especially the proper uniform and

    haircut of the students. The gate pass of the students was also explained.

    The teacher reminds that the students must pack their lunch. The “No

    Collection Policy”, absenteeism of their child, climbing on school fence and

    Brgy. Ordinance on smoking was also discussed. All parents listened

    carefully and did not raise any questions about these. Then, next was the

    election of PTA officers. There is no nomination of officers happened because

    they just appoint their co-parent for the position. It was ended by the

    sig ni ng of attendance and asking the beha vior of t heir children.

    There are twenty-three parents attended the said meeting.

    III. Reflection

    The parents are now aware about the rules and regulations of school.
    II.Recommendation

    For smooth relationship between parents and teacher, I highly

    recommend the visitation of parents to school once a month. This

    process makes our students behave because their parents are asking about

    their behavior.
