Department of Anaesthetology

- The Department of Anesthesiology handles the delicate procedure of rendering sedation and
anesthesia. Its staff is composed of highly trained anesthesiologists in various fields such as
cardiac, neuro, pediatric and transplant anesthesiology.
Department of Dermatology
- The Department of Dermatology offers a comprehensive array of services with state-of-the-art
aesthetic and therapeutic skin care devices and treatment protocols for adult and pediatric
patients of all skin types. The Dermatology Center is a centralized diagnostic and therapeutic
facility staffed by board-certified Dermatology consultants with excellent qualifications and
credentials of training in world-renowned dermatological institutions, aside from academic
accredited training programs of the Philippine Dermatological Society.
Department of ENT-HNS
- The Department of Otorhinolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery (ENT-HNS) handles all medical
problems concerning the ear, nose (including sinus), head and neck. It is staffed by competent
head and neck specialists who have had extensive local and international training. The
department is equipped with the latest and most complete diagnostic and therapeutic
instruments for the ear, nose, throat – head and neck.
Department of Medicine
- The Department of Medicine is tasked with maintaining effectiveness in a multidisciplinary
approach to assure quality patient management through its close coordination with other
institutes, centers and departments.
The Department of Medicine offers specialized sections and facilities:
 Section of Nephrology which offers the Kidney Transplant Program, designed with a post-
operative rehabilitation program for patients
 Renal Unit which offers comprehensive renal replacement therapy programs, along with
percutaneous renal biopsy, and services such as the peritoneal hemodialysis and Continuous
Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), an advanced form of dialysis for Acute Renal Failure(ARF)
patients
Department of Nuclear Medicine
- The Department of Nuclear Medicine plays a crucial role in the diagnosis of diseases. It is
equipped with state-of-the-art technology that provides the best diagnostic tools in the country,
such as Positron Emission Tomography/ Computerized Tomography (PET/CT), Single Photon
Emission Computerized Tomography/Computerized Tomography (SPECT/CT),
Radioimmunoassay, and Bone Densitometry.

The Department offers a wide array of tests for the evaluation of medical conditions affecting
the cardiovascular, endocrine, gastrointestinal and central nervous systems to name a few.
Furthermore, the diagnostic utility of nuclear medicine has been extended into the operating
room, enabling surgeons to perform Radioisotope-Guided Surgery (RGS), such as sentinel lymph
node biopsy and parathyroidectomy. With the use of RGS, the extent and duration of surgery
can be minimized with less post-operative complications.

Aside from FDG PET/CT, the Department also offers a multitude of tests for detecting cancer.
One of these is Scintimammography, which allows the detection of breast cancer in individuals
not eligible for conventional X-ray mammography.
Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology
The Department is equipped with up-to-date ultrasound machines and staffed by outstanding clinicians
in OB-Gynecology who deliver top-quality expertise in evaluation, diagnosis and management of each
patient.

It provides a whole spectrum of OB-gynecologic diagnostic procedures, supported by advanced


diagnostic imaging services that aid Ob-Gyn consultants in the management of pregnancies of patients,
as well as the detection and diagnosis of the pathology and abnormalities in women’s reproductive
anatomy (uterus, cervix, uterine endometrium and ovaries) and the pelvic floor.

Department of Psychiatry
The Department of Psychiatry was established to address the increasing demand of patients to seek
psychiatric help due to traumatic events (e.g. natural calamities), addiction to drugs, alcohol and
gaming, and rising incidences of depression and anxiety. It offers the following services:
 Addiction Counselling
 Geriatric Psychiatry services
 Mood and Anxiety Disorder Clinic
 Stress Management Packages
 Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry
 Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
Department of Radiation Oncology
- The Department of Radiation Oncology features highly-trained cancer specialists, medical
physicists, specialty nurses, seasoned radiology technicians and state-of-the-art medical
technology.
Department of Rehabilitation Medicine
- The Department of Rehabilitation Medicine provides a multidisciplinary approach to
comprehensive patient care that addresses the medical, social, psychological, spiritual,
vocational, and economic needs of patients and their families. It caters to patients of all ages
from pediatric and geriatric cases, neurologic conditions, muscoskeletal cases and sports-related
injuries. Most common cases encountered in the healthcare industry today include stroke,
deconditioning syndrome, joint replacements, sports injuries, and work-related cases like neck,
upper back, and lower back pain.
