    Subject : Conduct of Virtual PTA Meeting
    Date : February 11, 2021

    1. Every elementary and secondary school shall organized Parents-Teachers Association (PTA)
    for the purpose of providing a forum for the discussion of issues and their solutions related to
    the total school program.

    2. Thus, our school will conduct the said event on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 via google meet
    at exactly 2:00 PM.

    3. The activity aims for the participants to:

    a) to ensure the full cooperation of parents in the efficient implementation of any school
    program,

    b) to provide mechanisms to ensure proper coordination with the members of the community,
    and to provide avenue for discussing relevant concerns and support to the school for the
    promotion of their common interest.

    4. Participants to this activity are all teachers, GPTA Officers and parents. 100% attendance is
    expected.

    5. For the information and guidance of all concerned.
