Variations to the Approved Master Plan for the Coimbatore Local Planning Area.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning
Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), and in exercise of the powers conferred by the G.O. Ms. No. 94, Housing and
Urban Development (UD4(1) Department, dated 12th June 2009 which has been published in the
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette (No. 27), Part II—Section 2, Page No. 228, dated 15th July 2009 the following
variations are made the Approved Master Plan for the Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said Act and
published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at page 1078 of
Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 9th November 1994.

VARIATIONS

In the said Master Plan, in the “LAND PLAN SCHEDULE” under the heading COIMBATORE LOCAL PLANNING
AREA (OTHER THAN COIMBATORE CORPORATION AREA (b) Non Notified D.D. Plan Area in Coimbatore Taluk,
Kannampalayam Village and Town Panchayat, under the sub-heading No. 91, Kannampalayam Village.

(i) Against the entry “MR 34 Residential” for the expression “280 to 283” (except 283/1pt) shall be substituted.

(ii) Against the entry “I-38, Industrial” for the expression “284 to 291” (except 284/1A6pt, 284/1A8D) shall be
substituted.

(iii) Against the entry “Educational” for the expression 283/1pt, 284/1A6pt and 284/1A8D shall be added.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 33 of Town and Country Planning Act, 1971
(Act No. 35 of 1972), the Director of Town and Country Planning, Chennai in his proceedings Roc. No. 3411/2009/DP2,
dated 17th March 2010 proposes to make the Comprehensive Variation to the approved Thiruvalluvar Detailed
Development Plan of Dindigul Local Planning Area approved by the Director of Town and Country Planning in Proceedings
Roc. No. 39361/97/DPL, dated 16th November 1998 the fact of his approval in Form No.12 published in Tamil Nadu
Government Gazette (No. 45), Part-VI—Section (1) page No. 1786, dated 25th November 1998.
2. Any person affected or interested in this Draft Variation may within Sixty days from the date of publication of this
notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member
Secretary, Dindigul Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating thereto.

3. The variation with plan may be inspected free of cost any time during the office hours at the above said
Local Planning Authority Office.
VARIATION
1. The entire Thiruvalluvar Detailed Development Plan of Dindigul Local Planning Area approved by the Director of
Town and Country Planning in Proceedings Roc. No. 39361/97/DPI, dated 16th November 1998 is comprehensively
varied.

shall be substituted.

(ii) Against the entry “AG 31, AGRICULTURAL” ‘WET’ the expression “686” (except 686/1 to 4) shall be
substituted.
