Class 10 Math Notes

This chapter introduces real numbers by discussing rational and irrational numbers, the fundamental theorem of arithmetic, decimal expansions, proofs of irrational numbers, and laws of algorithms. Real numbers include all rational numbers like fractions and decimals as well as irrational numbers, and can be positive, negative, or natural numbers denoted by the letter R. The chapter objectives are to identify rational and irrational numbers, state the fundamental theorem of arithmetic and laws of algorithms, explain decimal expansions, and prove irrational numbers.
