    MARKETING ASPECT

    As people progressively enjoy innovating and developing food recipes, especially


    snacks, food has unquestionably become a developing trend. The TTs Food
    Project venture opted to associate itself as a food manufacturing nature of
    business, where TARO TARO CHIPS is its staple merchandise.

    TARO TARO CHIPS, as regulated by TTs Food Project, is a snack to satisfy a


    person's crunchy cravings. It expressly targets selected students, parents, and
    elderly from an age bracket of 5 to 64 years old. Moreover, the proponents sell the
    product at a competitive price point of Php 100.00 per bag via online transactions.
    TECHNICAL ASPECT
    The intended business venture will establish its head office at one of the proponent's
    residences in West Tapinac, Olongapo City, near Olongapo City National High School.
    Furthermore, it provides the venture an upper hand in establishing a reputation. The
    project will initiate accounts, brochures, and page boosts to generate ample publicity to
    attract more consumers. As for production management, the proponents are also liable
    for the proper handling of waste disposal, upcycling, and security.

    The main ingredients needed to produce TARO TARO CHIPS are taro, oil, and
    seasonings. Additionally, the subsidiary materials needed are paper towels, paper bags,
    paper, knives, graters, and a stove.
    ORGANIZATIONAL ASPECT

    The TTs Food Project is a partnership business where all the


    proponents share roles in formulating decisions and operations.
    On the other hand, the proprietors will register the venture to
    local government departments and acquire business permits for
    administrative formality.
    FINANCIAL ASPECT

    The entire calculated cost of the venture is Php 49,272.20.
