     Vision: In four years of hard work, I will be a Registered Medical Technology.

    As
    a student, I dreamt of being of the people who play a vital role in the
    community. I know that when I become successful Medical Laboratory Scientist,
    I would be of help to my community and my country as a whole with its people
    who need proper care and medical attention.

     Mission: To constantly strive being one of the Medical Technologists in the


    country and become the best version of myself - in my education and my
    relationships with my family, friends and others.

     Values Statement: Treat every individual with humanity regardless of their


    status in life and aim for the development and testing of new methodologies that
    would be utilized for the welfare of the patients.

     Objective: Utilize remarkable skills in performing wide array of clinical


    laboratory tests with accuracy, correctness and accountability in adherence to
    the policies and procedures of the hospital.

    a. Education Institution- This is an established venue for learning.


    They provide learning opportunities for learners with the aim to
    holistically develop the potentials of every individual, making them
    ready for the challenges of life and to be a contributory for nation
    building.

    b. Learning environment- This is a place created and established by


    every teacher. They need to create a space that caters to the
    individual differences of learners. Providing them with necessary
    opportunities to learn, relearn and unlearn.

    c. Age-Grade System- This is an education system which requires a


    certain age for the learners to be qualified in a particular curriculum. I
    firmly believe that age should not be a basis to qualify or disqualify a
    learner to take a particular curriculum as long as he or she is
    academically in line, he or she must be given the opportunity to learn.
    d. Vision Statement- This is the guiding principle of every
    organization. We consider this as a long-term goal to be achieved by
    any organization.

    e. Mission Statement- This is a statement that presents a set of


    standards as basis for the performance of every institution or
    organization. It presents the scope of their duties and responsibilities
    as an entity.

    f. Value Statement- This consist of the morale principle of the


    organization or institution. It tells so much about their identity and
    how they deal with people.

    g. Education Objective- The goal of every education system is to


    transform the life of every learner. From being nobody into somebody,
    inculcating in them the principles and virtues that are necessary for a
    transforming society to be a better place to live in.
