- The process of erection or assembly of any building or infrastructure on a site.

starts with planning, design, and financing and continues until the structure is ready for occupancy.

1. Residential Building/ Construction

- means the erection, alteration, repair, dismantling, demolition, structural maintenance, painting,
moving, land clearing, earth moving, grading, excavation, the laying of pipe and conduit whether above
or below ground level, concreting, and the structural installation of construction components and
materials in any form, and includes any associated or related work on property used solely for
residential or seasonal residential use.

2. Institutional and Commercial Construction

- That work which is governed by the terms of this Agreement and is not otherwise defined as Industrial

fertilizer's plants, from observation posts in the high Himalayas to off-shore drilling
platforms in deep seas.
