    Fair Threads
    Senior Management Team Meeting
    March 24th, 2021
    Administration Boardroom 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm

    Attendees:
    Samantha Mason, Alex Lam, Rachel Smith, John Dodd, Matthew Lee

    Regrets:
    Chris Carrot, Jamie Jacobson

    Staff working from home


    A lot of good points from each colleague was made about the proposal to have staff members
    working from home. Some points that were made include:
     There is more writing involved in some staff workers jobs than there is answering phone
    calls and being in a crowed environment makes it hard to focus on what they are doing
     Beneficial to working parents
     Cost
     Insurance
     Liability of company if employee was injured at home
     Competitive market and Flexible working
     Less stress
     Unfair to other departments who don’t have the option to work from home

    Unfortunately, the decision to have staff working from home was undecided in this meeting and
    will be discussed again upon more research.

    Action items include:


     Looking into other organizations who have employees working from home
     Figuring out all costs involved
     Looking into insurance policies to ensure they can have employees work from home

    Employee Engagement Survey

    April 7th, 2021
