1. Saya mengecek tanda – tanda vital pasien secara teratur.

2. Untuk menentukan diagnosa keperawatan, saya harus mengkaji kondisi kesehatan pasien.
To make certain about nursing diagnose, I have to examine patient’s health condition.
3. Saya sudah mengecek tekanan darah Mr. Peter Catchcart.
I already checked Mr. Peter Catchart’s blood pressure.
4. Dokter, saya sudah memberi suntikan intravena.
Doctor, I already gave an intravenous injection.
5. Saya menemani Mrs. Ryan pergi keliling dengan kursi roda, tadi pagi.
I accompany Mrs. Ryan go around with wheele chair this morning.
6. Kita harus segera melakukan resusitasi.
We have to do resuscitation immediately.
7. Apakah anda sudah menulis dokumentasi keperawatan untuk Mr. Catchcart?

ACTIVITY 3 : HOME WORK WRITING

When I start a shift, I listen to the nursing report from the previous shift. The report is

about patient’s condition and nursing interventions that has been done for each patient. I

observed a case of Mr. Rumimper, then I start to read the report of Mr. Rumimper’s condition

carefully. Mr. Rumimper have a medical diagnose : Femur Fracture. He gets it because of an

accident last week, his condition is getting better because he gets a medical treatment

immediately.

At 8 am, I start my nursing care plan to Mr. Rumimper. I checked Mr. Rumimper’s vital

signs, blood pressure : 100/80 mmHg, pulse rate : 70x/minute, respiration rate : 17x/minute, and

body’s temperature : 37ºC. and then I write down the vital signs I have checked to my nursing

documentation. After that, Mr. Rumimper told me that he want to urinate. And then, as a nurse I

have to help Mr. Rumimper, because he can’t do it by his self, he needs my help. I help Mr.

Rumimper urinate and then clean it. After that I go back to nurse station and checked the other

patient’s condition and start to do my nursing care for each patient.
