Nos. 1 – 5: Change the following to active voice:


1.) A warrant is issued by a judge only upon probable cause.
2.) The defendant’s motion to suppress the taped conversation was denied by the trial court.
3.) John Doe was charged with possession of cocaine by the prosecutor.
