    SELF ACTUALIZATION:
    Tactical urbanism and its short term action may produce a long term change which may
    positively or negatively make an impact to the future development. Architects, urban
    planners and other allied profession together with LGU must always collaborate in
    order to produce a more proper guidelines in parallel with this principles.
    Miscalculated short term actions in urban planning may do negative impact but this
    will also spark a more effective solution to reach a more sustainable community.
