Figure 3.1.1: Bar Chart Showing Patients’ Age Among 150 Patients

Based on Table 1.2, the mean score for age is 54.22, the median is 54.8684 and the mode is
56.9. Next, age has 8.8909 as the standard deviation. This shows that the data set value is
spread over relatively 8.8909 around the mean, which is 54.22. Besides, from the bar chart in
Figure 1.1, we can see that the highest frequency is 38 which is in the fifth class (53-58). So,
we can say that 38 patients are in between 53 years old and 58 years old.

Figure 3. : Bar Chart Showing Resting Blood Pressure Among 150 Patients

Based on Table , the mean score for resting blood pressure is 131.9533, the median is
129.62 and the mode is 125.7. Next, resting blood pressure has 17.5398 as the standard
deviation. This shows that the data set value is spread over relatively 17.5398 around the
mean, which is 131.9533. Other than that, from the horizontal bar chart in Figure , we
can see that resting blood pressure has the highest frequency in the sixth class (122-135) with
50 patients out of 150 patients are in that class. As stated in the explanation about gender,
heart disease is commonly found among male compared to female. Hence, we can say that
more male has resting blood pressure than female.

SERUM CHOLESTEROL

Figure 3. : Bar Chart Showing Serum Cholesterol Among 150 Patients

Based on Table , the mean score for serum cholesterol is 249.4667, the median is
243.9783 and the mode is 235.3387. For the standard deviation, serum cholesterol has
49.6280 as the standard deviation. This shows that the data set value is spread over relatively
49.6280 around the mean, which is 249.4667. Meanwhile, according to Figure , serum
cholesterol in the third class (211-245) has the highest frequency which is 46. We can say
that 46 patients out of 150 patients have serum cholesterol between 211 mg/dl and 245 mg/dl.

Figure 3. : Pie Chart Showing Fasting Blood Sugar Among 150 Patients

Pie chart in Figure shows the fasting blood sugar that is more than 120 mg/dl. From the
pie chart, we can see that 84% of the fasting blood sugar is 0= false and 16% is 1=true.
Therefore, we can say that from 150 patients, 126 of them have fasting blood sugar less than
120 mg/dl and 24 patients have fasting blood sugar more than 120 mg/dl. The mode of
fasting blood sugar more than 120 mg/dl is 0=false which occupies 84%.
