Ans to the question no 1
Taking decision: It is a very difficult thing to take in other out. Because whenever
we make a decision, we have to choose things from 2 or more. We should not be
stressed and we should give ourselves a bit time to take a decision. Gemcon Group
needs a car to transport its 6 executives from Narayenganj to Dhaka and back
everyday and it must also be able to take the manager and their foreign clints to
road trips to Tangail and Sylhet. Mr. Shezan wants to buy a car and his budget is
aroud 35 lakhs and it should fit many people. The car should be durable and suidted
for long journeys as well. So, in my opinion, Mr. Shezan should buy Toyota Hiace.
Because this car is suitable for 12 people. But the cost of this car is 42 lakhs and Mr.
Shezan’s budget is around 35 lakhs. But he can exceed his budget for this car.
Because Suzuki Omni can carry only 7 people, Hyundai can carry also 7 people and
Nissan Urvan can carry 10 people and they cost gradually 25 lakhs, 35 lakhs, and 40
lakhs. So I think Hyundai is the best choice when it come to price to performance
ratio. So, Hyundai is winner here. Mr. Shezan wants to buy a car which is suitable
for long journey as the manager and their foreign clients will trip to Tangail and
Sylhet again and again. So a car with suitable for long journey is very important.
Hyundai is very suitable for it. So, Hyundai will be the best choice for Mr. Shezan’s
need.

Ans to the question no .2

An organization's culture defines the proper way to behave within the organization.
This culture consists of shared beliefs and values established by leaders and then
communicated and reinforced through various methods, ultimately shaping
employee perceptions, behaviors and understanding. There are two kinds of
culture. One is strong culture and another one is weak culture. Strong culture is a
widely shared value. Culture conveys consistent messages about what is important.
Strong culture employees strongly identify with culture and strong connections
between share values and behaviour. Every university has a different culture. So
ULAB also has a culture. So ULAB has a strong culture . Because ULAB knows what
is important for their students and ulab strongly identifies with culture . ULAB also
connects with shared values and behaviour. Ulab faculty are very helpful . Ulab
always maintains their rules and regulations. Ulab is always transparent with their

Ans to the question no 5

Ethics mean a moral value, principles and beliefs that teach us what is wrong and
what is right. There are some factors that determine ethical and unethical
behavior- 1. Stage of moral development, 2. Individuals characteristics, 3.
Structural variables, 4. Issue intensity. As i am the new marketing executive of a
great successful restaurant which is famous for it’s organic products and healthy
recipes. But while i find out that the restaurant use low quality ingredients,
expired product and artificial flavors in its foods which is very harmful on people’s
health then i went to the manager to inform him. Unfortunately the manager was
involved in it and the main culprit is owner’s brother. Now i am afraid to tell
about this unethical behavior to the owner Ms. Shefali because my job can be also
in danger as the culprit is owner’s brother. To take my decision i may analysis the
issue intensity. There are six characteristics determine issue intensity. 1.
Greatness of harm: Because of using low quality ingredients and expired products
a lots of people’s health will be in danger. In a long term it may causes several
diseases. 2. Concentration of effect: This is a function of the number of people
affected by an act of a given magnitude. 3. Proximity to victims: How close are the
potential victim’s 4. Immediacy of consequence: will harm felt immediately 5.
Probability of harm: How likely this action cause harm 6. Consequences of wrong:
Here i come on a conclusion that my action is right or wrong. In my point of view i
should inform Ms. Shefali about the unethical behavior of the manager and her
brother. Someday it may harm restaurant’s reputation cause truth never hidden.
Maybe i can lost my job but so many people get harm because of the low quality
food. After knowing about the unethical behavior Ms. Shefali may take an action
and stop what’s wrong is going on.
