    Anti-Spatter Aerosol

    DESCRIPTION
    Callington S-Weld Spatter Guard is a paintable, cost-effective and non-flammable agent for the
    prevention of weld-spatter adhering to metal surfaces during the welding process.

    S-Weld Spatter Guard avoids the need for mechanical abrasion or grinding of weld
    spatter following welding. It contains corrosion inhibitors for base metal protection.
    S-Weld Spatter Guard increases the life cycle of torch components saving time
    and money. Eliminates spatter build-up which results in poor gas flow causing
    pitting and porosity.

    S-Weld Spatter Guard is suitable for a wide range of steels, including mild steel,
    stainless, steels, aluminium and high-performance alloys.

    FEATURES & BENEFITS

    DIRECTIONS FOR USE


    Spray onto the area to be treated, in a thin and uniform film, holding the nozzle approximately 30cm
    from the surface. NOTE: Wipe surface with a clean cloth to remove S-Weld Spatter Guard anti-
    spatter spray prior to painting.

    APPLICATION FOR WELDING TORCH


    Spray S-Weld Spatter-Guard before welding in a thin and uniform film onto the areas to be
    protected. Hold spray can approximately 30cm from the surface to be protected. Also use the
    spray to protect the interior and exterior of nozzles, the end and outer surface of contact tips, and
    all other potential areas which are subject to weld spatter. It may be advisable to spray diffusers
    and the base of the nozzle support as well.

    APPLICATION FOR BASE METAL


    Spray S-Weld Spatter-Guard hold spray can approximately 30cm from surface to be protected.
    Spray a thin uniform coating.

    Obtain special instructions before use. Use personal protective equipment as required. Do
    not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. Wear protective gloves/protective
    clothing/eye protection/face protection.

    FIRST AID
    If exposed or concerned: Get medical advice/attention. Take off contaminated clothing and
    wash before reuse. IF SWALLOWED: Call a POISON CENTER or doctor/physician if you
    feel unwell. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water. Rinse mouth. If skin irritation
    occurs: Get medical advice/attention.

    STORAGE & DISPOSAL


    Store locked up. Protect from sunlight. Store in a well-ventilated place. Dispose of
    contents/container in accordance with local regulations.
