3. Identified direct contact must undergo mandatory 14 days home quarantine which
will start from the last day of contact with the COVID-19 positive case. They are
likewise advised to coordinate with their respective cilinic in-charge for Rapid
Antigen Testing chargeable to the University. Secondary contacts have to
undergo 7 days (or as per LGU directives) quarantine at home after the last day
of contact with the direct contact person. Concerned personnel must strictly
adhere to directives and COVID-19 protocols mandated by the LGU and BHERT.
Everyone is advised to conduct self-monitoring for manifestations of flu-like
symptoms;
4. For in person transactions, the institution will only deliver important / frontline
services, including, but not limited to, the delivery of products and supplies in the
University. There will be no face-to-face academic related transactions on
affected campuses until further notification;
5. Individuals under 20 years old and over 65 years old, with co-morbidities and
pregnant women are not allowed to enter the University premises;
6. In order to reduce and contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus, all meetings will
be held virtually via Zoom subscription of the University;
7. Personnel with approved travels are required to submit medical certificate upon
return to post;
10. Personnel who exhibit flu-like symptoms must immediately report to their
respective BHERT and follow the COVID 19 Management Process of the
University. (Transmission, Prevention and Control);
11. Entry of clienteles and other external stakeholders must be closely monitored/
regulated by security guards to include suppliers, bidders, construction
personnel, engineers, and the like;
13. Travel restriction to places with high incidence of COVID-19 cases is hereby
implemented:
14. Honest reporting of employees who are on quarantine or who are experiencing
any COVID-19 symptoms and are absent for more than three (3) days is strongly
encouraged, following the line of communication below as reflected in the COVID
19 Management Process:
a. Concerned individual reports to his/her Campus Director or Immediate
Supervisor;
b. Campus Director reports to the HRMO;
c. HRMO reports to the UHRT;
d. UHRT reports to the University President, if necessary
15. Strict compliance of personnel in providing the needed information in the contact
tracing form available in every office. This is to fast track the identification of
direct contact/s whenever there is a diagnosed COVID-19 positive individual;
16. For immediate generation of results for contact tracing, the use of the cell phone
for QR code in every office is encouraged;
19. Implementation of daily office disinfection after office hours and strict
enforcement of the UHRT guidelines.
