    1. That I am an account holder of the Land Bank of the Philippines, with said

    2. That as of May 6, 2021, I have no outstanding balance with Land Bank xxx;
    and

    3. That I have fully settled all of my previous obligations with said bank;

    That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the


    foregoing and for all legal intents and purposes it may serve.
