    MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


    This Agreement made and entered into and between:
    The CABALAOANGAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, with a postal address at
    J.A. Valen St., Brgy. Cabalaoangan, San Quintin, Pangasinan, represented by its
    SCHOOL HEAD, MRS. ROWENA F. PALISOC, herein after referred to as the
    “EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION”.
    and
    The CABALAOANGAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL GENERAL PTA
    OFFICERS AND MEMBERS, represented herein by its PRESIDENT, BRGY.
    KAGAWAD SUSANA O. GOMBIO, herein after referred to as the CES GENERAL
    PTA.
    WITHNESSETH, that:
    1. WHEREAS, the CABALAOANGAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, being the center of
    educational activities plays a lead role in the development and improvement of the school
    for the welfare of school children.
    2. WHEREAS, the CES General PTA as an association of parents, teachers and external
    stakeholders who are committed to be partners of the school in the development and
    improvement of the school for the welfare of school children.
    3. WHEREAS, the CABALAOANGAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL has limited resources,
    is only allowed to collect authorized contributions and all other school expenses will be
    charged to school Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE).
    4. WHEREAS, the CES General PTA commits its resources and support to all plans,
    program and projects of the school.
    5. WHEREAS, the total development and improvement of the school is the responsibility of
    the school, the parents and community;

    NOW THEREFORE, for in and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the


    parties have agreed as they hereby agree to sincerely cooperate among themselves in
    helping in the development of the school children by performing their roles and
    commitments provided hereunder;
    1. Cabalaoangan Elementary School
    a. Informs the PTA about the School plans, programs and projects of the school.
    b. Collect authorized contribution namely BSP/GSP auxiliary membership fee, Red
    Cross, Mental Health, Anti TB and General PTA.
    c. All expenses such as Electricity, Internet, Security Guard, Janitorial Services,
    Printing of Quarterly test papers and modules and minor repairs are charged to
    the School Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE).
    2. CES General PTA Officers and Members
    a. Coordinates closely with the school in all its planned activities.
    b. Commits resources for the development and improvement of the school.
    This MOA shall take effect immediately upon its signing by the parties and shall
    remain in full force and effect until terminated by any of the contracting parties and due
    force.
    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereof have signed this Agreement on this 1st day of June
    2020.
