    Highlight of the Meeting


    1. Every school should be conduct virtual or on-site flag raising ceremony every
    Monday.
    2. EBEIS update regarding BOSY.
    3. The early registration is until April 30, 2021. The ICT coordinator should update the
    number of enrollee every Friday.
    4. The request of SF 10 or Form 137 must be through online transaction.
    5. The monitoring and evaluation of SBM are based on the MOV’s and accordance to
    DepEd Order No. 83 s. and RM No. 53 s. 2021.
    6. The new sets of uniforms are mandatory for school year 2022-2023.
    7. The checking of school forms should be accordance to DepEd Memorandum No. 14.
    s. 2021 “Interim Guidelines on the Preparation, Submission, and Checking of School
    Forms for the School Year 2020-2021.
    8. The schedules of school checking of grades and other school forms for 2 nd Quarter are
    the following date:
