Basic Monthly Salary Rp. 32.413.000,- per month (Gross)

Non Fix Transport Allowance Rp. 200.000 ,- per month with deduction Rp. 6.580,- per day for non
attendance

Compensation of extra working hours: Rp. 187.400,- per hour

Indonesian Income Tax Deducted by Employer from Gross Monthly Salary and all the
following

The Government of Indonesia

Additional Benefit Annual Cash:

 Religious Holiday Allowance (THRK), equal to 1 (one) months salary,


for service tenure of 12 months or longer. THRK for service tenure 1
month or longer but less than12 months will be paid proportionally.
Payment of THRK will be done accordance with regulation.

 Allowance for Termination of Employment Agreement by 8,33% x


monthy basic salary x working period (in months) and is given
annually

 Annual Leave allowance in the amount of 1 x Months base salary for


12 month worked

Working Schedule:

 5 (five) days a week, 8 hours per day


 Saturday and Sunday, weekend rest
 Pubic Holiday and Holiday

Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday

 07.00 – 16.00, with 1 (one) hour break 12.00 – 13.00

Friday

 07.00 – 16.30, with 1,5 (one and half) hour break 12.00 – 13.30

Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial / BPJS

The Company enrolls Employee to BPJS Programs, in accordance with the


existing law and regulation

a. BPJS Kesehatan (Health Care)


b. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (Employment, including pension Care)

Annual Leave Entitlement

The employee shall be entitled for 20 (twenty) working days per


year, Any leaves day which are not taken can be cashed with the
calculation as : untaken leave days x 6% x monthly base salary.

I certify the acceptance of the above offer and I shall make no reverse decision for at least three (3)
months from the date of my signature of acceptance, and I understand that this recruitment process
subject to CLIENT approval and Medical Check Up Result.

Note: This offering Letter is not contract Agreement, however


this will be stipulated on Contract Agreement if candidate passed
and accepted after all selection and hiring process done.

Catatan : Surat penawaran ini bukan Perjanjian kontrak, namun


ini akan ditetapkan pada Perjanjian Kontrak jika kandidat
dinyatakan lulus dan diterima setelah semua proses seleksi dan
perekrutan selesai.

a. Tiket pesawat Non-Garuda


b. Travel dari PKU – Duri
c. Akomodasi selama mengikuti process hiring di Duri, (penginapan)

Selama proses penerimaan karyawan tahap II di PT. SMBR sesuai dengan pemberitahuan yang telah
disampaikan oleh pihak perusahaan kepada saya.

Pernyataan ini bagian dari persetujuan saya untuk menerima semua ketentuan yang ada di PT. SMBR
baik yang disampaikan secara tertulis maupun secara lisan.

Demikian pernyataan persetujuan saya buat dengan kesadaran sendiri tanpa tekanan dari pihak
manapun dan bisa saya pertanggungjawabkan sesuai dengan ketentuan dan aturan yang berlaku.
