    Activity 3: Mock Interview

    1.If your colleagues had an opportunity to tell us your primary strength what would that be? Your
    primary weakness-what would that be?

    If my colleague is given opportunity to tell about my primary strength, that would be my fast-
    learning and understanding and problem solving capabilities. My primary weakness would be my
    short temper and my lack of initiative.

    2. What do you do when others resist or reject your ideas and action?

    If others reject or resists my ideas or action, I will tell and convince them about the essence
    and benefits of my idea or action. If they still reject it, I will ask for their ideas and evaluate if it's the
    appropriate action or idea to perform. We will exchange ideas and thoughts to know if my or their idea
    or action is right approach . I believe that two heads is better than one, so understanding and
    discussion with each other is needed to come up with a one idea or action you'll do together.

    3. What is your interpretation of 'success'?

    Success for me is when one able to achieve a happy and stable life because in this state one
    will able to support her family financially that he/she can provide their basic need in life. One must
    also be happy in life to be successful because everyone can be successful but not all can be happy.
    One must pursue success according to what his/her heart desire to obtain the satisfaction of victory in
    life.

    4. Suppose you are in a situation where deadlines and priorities change frequently and rapidly. How
    would you handle it?

    In this kind of situation, I'll be able to handle it through proper time management. I will manage
    and use my time wisely to finish my tasks. I will also give priorities to tasks based on their deadline
    and focus on each at a time in order avoid overloading myself. I will handle things with my outmost
    best base on my capabilities.

    5.Tell me about a time when you’re a part of a great team. What was your part in the success of your
    team?

    When I was part of a great team that task was fairly distributed to each member of the team in
    order for and everyone to cooperate. We also help each other when a member is in need. My part of
    the success is when the task that was assigned to me was completed. This task that was assigned to
    me and also to other members is essential part in order to complete the task into one.

    6.How would you describe an ideal work immersion supervisor?

    I would describe an ideal work immersion supervisor as an understanding, honest, helpful,


    committed, diligent, cooperative, a leader, respectful , a problem solver, and a wise decision maker
    individual. Because as an inexperienced in actual work individual, I want my supervisor to be able to
    guide me with understanding and good personality.
