MORE event services offer a complete-solution that was owned and founded by Kimberly Z. Ditan,
located at 352 Santiago, Malvar, Batangas 2nd floor of Tormis Promenade Building. It was established last
October 8, 2018, providing a memorable occasion and remarkable experience for almost a year.

MORE event management served various events by providing dedicated services in planning,
management and additional support every way possible. Passion and dedication, combined with the
experience enable us to exceed client’s satisfaction, bringing a fresh and unique approach to the event
management industry. MORE approaches every project with meticulous attention to details and precision.
Regardless of the size and possibilities, we treat event with comprehensive plan to be delivered on time
and on budget.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Event Manager- will be directly responsible for the events success, work with the client and
team through a creative process, coordinate and plan the entire event with our specialized internal
and external team, and will provide on-site management and support the day of the event.
2. Operational Manager- will be the one to coordinate with the event manager and regarding the
flow of the event, responsible for the physical set up but with a consultation and approval of the
event manager
3. Sales and Marketing Head-will be the one to promote the events through social media and other
possible ways, responsible to safekeeping documents regarding the events.
4. Accounting Finance head- will be responsible for the money and other cash equivalent, should
have transparency from the expenses up to the profit.

MORE Event Management has a variety of services specialized for birthdays, weddings,
seminars, team building, Christmas parties and many more occasions. We offer the following:

1. Design- creative team that will work with you to give substance to your concept through
whiteboard and computer design session.
2. Entertainment- networks of musical acts, entertainers and DJs for keeping audiences engaged
and excited.
3. Audio visual- audio and video engineers that will provide the creativity, equipment and
expertise.
4. Decors and Effects- team will help you choose the best décor and special effects to fully
complete your theme and to create a memorable experience.
5. Catering- ensuring that the food and drinks for the event will be memorable as the rest of the
experience
6. Grounds, Security & Transportation- with available shuttle, ground crews and security team
to ensure client’s safety.

Theme: “Philippine Tourism Milestone through ASEAN Integration”

La Consolacion College located at A. Mabini St., Tanauan City, Batangas known for its success in
raising an individual which can contribute to improve tourism of the country. There are many factors that
may affect the tourism of the country that the future contributor should be knowledgeable. In
collaboration of La Consolacion College, Batangas Tourism Council and More Event Services to host a
convention with the theme “Philippine Tourism Milestone through ASEAN Integration” this will serve as
a torch to enlighten and broaden their knowledge in regards of one factor that affect Philippine Tourism
and how ASEAN integration would help to boost our tourism.
The said convention will be held on December 3-4, 2019 at JVA Harmony Hotel Inc located at
Kaybagal South Tagaytay City. It will be one room for every 5 attendees. The 2-day activity will focus on
current issues of the Philippine Tourism in preparation of the upcoming ASEAN Summit 2019. This will
raise awareness to the students and practitioners on how to develop skills to enable to find jobs in any
ASEAN member state.
There will be a brainstorming, sharing and lecture that makes a 2-day convention, a full of learning
yet exciting. It is about learning how significant the ASEAN integration in Philippine Tourism and its
objective to held ASEAN summit with coordination to Department of Tourism. It will also tackle about
the history of the ASEAN to deepen the learning of the students that will attend the convention.

Event Objectives

1. To raise awareness of Hospitality and Tourism students regarding the objectives of


ASEAN Summit.
2. To update regarding the milestone of Philippine Tourism.
3. To inform that ASEAN integration will be an opportunities to find employment.
4. To raise awareness on how to develop skills to enable to find job in ASEAN member
state.

Action Plan

1. Invite Department of Tourism Representative to be a guest speaker to explain briefly


regarding the ASEAN summit objectives.
2. Producing proof regarding the improvement of the Philippine nowadays compared to the
previous years.
3. Training each individual to take opportunity of being the ASEAN member state to find
job.
4. Discuss all the possibilities that will lead Philippines Tourism to the higher hierarchy in
terms of Tourism.

This Event Planning Agreement is entered into November 11, 2019 by and between school, with an
address of school address and MORE Events Services, with an address of 353 Santiago, Malvar, Batangas
collectively the parties.

I. Event Date & Description. On December 3-4, 2019 Clients intends to host the below
described event:
Convention: “Philippine Tourism Milestone through ASEAN Integration”
II. Planner Duties. Clients services to perform the following duties with regards to the Event:
a. Hotel Accommodation
b. Catering Services
c. Transportation
d. And other support needed
III. Payment. The parties agree to the following Payment and Payment Terms:

Percentage Due Upon Execution of Agreement:_________

IV. Cancellation. Client may cancel this Agreement at any time. If Clients cancels up to 20 days
prior to the Event Date, it will be entitled to a full refund. If Clients cancels between up to 15
days prior to the Event Date it will be entitled to a fifty percent (50%) refund. If Clients
cancel less than a week prior to the Event Date, it will not be entitled to a refund.
V. Entire Agreement. The Parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement represents the
entire agreement between Parties. In the event that the Parties desire to change, add, or
otherwise modify any terms, they shall do so in writing to be signed by both parties. The
Parties agree to the terms and conditions set forth above as demonstrated by their signatures
