About the Aura Flush Empowerment

The Aura Flush is a very gentle, cleansing energy that sweeps through the aura
and clears it of negative energy and thought-forms.
Like the other flushes for the meridians and chakras, the Aura Flush is easy to
use and activated by simple intention. It works just as well in person or over a
distance. It is an excellent complement to Reiki or any other energy healing
system.
The aura is the part of our energy field that surrounds us and protects us. It is
our projection out to the world. If we want to attract the right people and
opportunities, we need to have an aura that is bright and healthy, full of positive
energy and love.
Unfortunately, as we go through life we collect negative energies in our aura.

Actual negative thought-forms of anger, sadness, and hatred can reside in our
aura, bringing down our overall energy and pushing people away from us.
Cleansing the aura regularly will help rejuvenate our spirit as well as improve our
projection to the outer world.
Benefits
The Aura Flush makes cleansing the aura simple. Benefits include:
1. Improved sense of happiness and well-being.

2. More physical and emotional energy.
3. Release of negative thought-forms that are creating problems in life.

Considerations
The Aura Flush should not cause any major clearing symptoms. It is a very
gentle energy that will be felt very subtly. Because the aura is the outer
projection of our energy, the Aura Flush will not clear deep wounds or long-term
blockages that are usually stuck deep inside the energetic system. Therefore, in
order to get the most benefit from the Aura Flush, healing the chakras and
meridians is vitally important.

Aura Flush Usage
The Aura Flush is activated by intention only. No symbols are needed. Hands are
not needed. You simply state that you want to activate the flush and it will
activate on its own.
To send to yourself:
I would like to receive the Aura Flush now.
or
Aura Flush ON.
To send to another:
I am now activating the Aura Flush for [name].
To do a deeper cleansing of energetic contamination of the aura, say the

following:
Please activate the Aura Flush to decontaminate the aura and remove all negative
thought-forms from the auric field.
The exact words you use do not matter as long as you are clear with your
intention.
When you are with someone and doing an in-person healing, place your hands
over their head and then sweep down around the body as you activate the flush
either out loud or silently using words similar to the above.

When performing the Aura Flush in person, do not touch the body but sweep
around the body. (Remember, you are working on the aura.) You can add your
own healing power to the flush by visualizing white energy around your hands
and imagining you are cleansing and brightening the aura as you sweep it.
Timing and Frequency
The Aura Flush can be activated as often as you feel guided. Ideally, perform the
flush on yourself twice a day: once in the morning when you wake up, and once
in the evening right before bed, to clear off any negative energetic residue from
the day.
Give the Aura Flush ½ hour for basic processing. The Aura Flush may continue
over the course of a few hours depending on what your spirit decides to
receive.
You may use the Aura Flush at the same time you use the Chakra Flush, but
perform any Meridian Flushes separately.

Aura Flush Attunement
Place your hands on the person's crown (top of head), or on a proxy's crown,
such as a teddy bear, if you are doing a distance attunement.
Then state:
I am now sending the attunement for the Aura Flush.
The attunement should be given ½ hour to process.
