Technique Step 1:

•B
 egin by sectioning hair from the center parting down to just in front of
2 the left ear.

• Create an upside down “V” section just behind the fringe area.

•U
 se the rounds of the head as a guide, part out a box shaped section
around the head.

•U
 se the Platinum Card technique on the front section of the hair using
formula (1) Dual-Purpose Lightener + 20 volume Cream Developer.

•B
 egin weave highlighting in the box shaped section using (2) Paul Mitchell
the color 2 oz. HLA + 2 shots Color Shots Blue + 2 oz. 30 volume Cream
Developer.

•A
 pply (1) Dual-Purpose Lightener + 20 volume Cream Developer to the
re-growth area of the Platinum Card.

Processing time: 45 minutes or until desired lightness is achieved.

Rinse Dual-Purpose Lightener and HLA completely from the hair. Shampoo
with Shampoo One®.

Technique Step 2:

•O
 n the pre-lightened hair in the front, apply (3) Paul Mitchell the color
1 oz. UTP + 1 oz. 5 volume Cream Developer.

10% TOTAL RECYCLED FIBER, INCLUDING 10% POST-CONSUMER

Processing time: 10-20 minutes, check for color development at 10
minutes.

Rinse thoroughly, shampoo with Color Protect® Post Color Shampoo and

enlighten me finish with Color Protect® Daily Conditioner.
