Things to Remember

 In general, we start blocking practice with our left hand and striking
practice with our right hand.

 Keep your legs bent as you move, so you don’t bob up and down.

 Don’t move any part of your body before you move your body – especially
your feet. Don’t get ready to move – MOVE! If you move something first
you telegraph your intention.
