We, EVELYN A. PENOLIO, of legal age, married, with residence at 247 Don
Bosco St., Brgy. Mayapa, Calamba City, Laguna hereinafter referred to as the
MORTGAGOR, and HENRICO C. GASPAR of legal age, married, with residence at
Brgy. San Lucas, San Pablo City, Laguna, hereinafter referred to as the MORTGAGEE,
witnesseth that:
For and in consideration of, this indebtedness, and to assure the performance of
said obligation to pay, the MORTGAGOR hereby conveys by way of CHATTEL
MORTGAGE unto the said MORTGAGEE, his heirs and assigns, the personalty now in
the possession of said MORTGAGOR, more particularly described as follows;
The condition of this obligation is that should the MORTGAGOR perform the
obligation to pay the herein above-cited indebtedness of Fifteen Thousand Pesos
(P15,000.00), this chattel mortgage shall at once become null and void and of no effect
whatsoever, otherwise, it shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands, this 8 th day
of December 2013 at San Pablo City, Laguna, Philippines.

BEFORE ME, a Notary Public, for and in the City of Calamba, Province of
