    AFFIDAVIT OF EXPLANATION

    I, GALILEO C. CAMPUGAN, Filipino, of legal age, widower, and presently


    residing at 421-C, R. Padilla St., Duljo-Fatima, Cebu City, Philippines, after having been
    sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

    1. That I am the father and guardian MARK BRYAN B. CAMPUGAN and


    BENSON JOHN B. CAMPUGAN;

    2. That I paid for the purchase price of the lots that my children bought, these lots
    are located at Barangay Tinghub, Villaba, Leyte, with OCT Nos. P-97257, P-
    96638, and P-97256;

    3. That I paid for the purchase price out of generosity and love to my children;

    4. That I had it named to my children;

    5. That this is not intended for unlawf

    6. That I am competent to receive in behalf of and to represent the said minor in


    transactions affecting his rights and interests;

    7. That I am not an imbecile, insane, a vagrant or a vicious person or a habitual


    drunkard or a habitual criminal, and have not abandoned, neglected or refused to
    support said minor or caused him to commit offenses against the law; and

    8. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of all the foregoing
    statements and for whatever legal purposes it may serve.
