    In the reference 1st read above, Government have issued detailed
    guidelines to sanction financial assistance to SC students for pursuing Higher
    Studies in Post Graduate Courses in Foreign Universities from the Academic year
    2013-14 under “Ambedkar Overseas Vidya Nidhi” Scheme. Subsequently, certain
    amendments were made in the reference 2nd to 4th read above.
    2. In the reference 5th read above, Government have enhanced the Family
    Income ceiling limit upto Rs.3.00 lakhs per annum from all sources of
    SC/ST/BC/MW students to avail Overseas Scholarship to pursue higher studies at
    abroad.
    3. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby order to
    enhance the total family income limit (including the applicant) from all sources of
    SC students from Rs.3.00 lakhs to Rs.5.00 lakhs per annum to avail the
    Scholarship under AOVN Scheme.

    4. These orders will come in to force with immediate effect.

    5. The Director of SC Development Dept., TS, Hyderabad and the Deputy


    Director (PMU), SCDD, TS, Hyderabad, O/o the Director, SCDD, TS, Hyderabad
    shall take further necessary action accordingly.
