    1) Qualification
    The candidates applying for the posts should have educational qualifications and experience as
    specified by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi & Shivaji University, Kolhapur.
    The reservation policy as per Government of Maharashtra rules will be applicable.
    Assistant Professor:
    BE / B Tech and ME / M Tech in relevant subject with First Class or equivalent either in BE / B Tech
    or ME / M Tech
    Associate Professor:
    Minimum of 5 years’ experience in teaching and/or research and/or industry of which at least 2 years
    shall be post PhD is desirable.
    Professor:
    Minimum of 10 years teaching and/or research and/or industrial experience of which at least 5 years
    should be at the level of Associate Professor. or minimum of 13 years’ experience in teaching and/ or
    Research and/or Industry. In case of research experience, good academic record and books/research
    paper publications/IPR/patents record shall be required as deemed fit by the expert members in
    Selection committee. If the experience in industry is considered, the same shall be at managerial level
    equivalent to Associate Professor with active participation record in devising/designing, planning,
    executing, analyzing, quality control, innovating, training, technical books/research paper
    publications/IPR/patents, etc. as deemed fit by the expert members in Selection committee.
    Besides, the college is looking forward for a candidate who has research aptitude to transform
    engineering projects into working model, and startups essentially in to interdisciplinary programs. The
    candidate who has an ability to attract testing, consultancy, and who is proactive to conduct curricular
    and extracurricular programs would be highly preferred.

    2) Age
    Upper limit for age is 60 Years.

    3) Pay & service conditions


    The candidates selected will be appointed on full time ADHOC basis initially for a period of 11
    months. The services may be extended afterwards depending on performance of candidate

    i) Those who are already in service should apply through proper channel.
    ii) The educational qualifications, publications, and experience up to the last date of submission of
    applications will be considered while determining the eligibility of candidates for the posts and
    for short-listing them for the interview
