the client, United States Automobile Association (USAA) a US-based company in the insurance domain.

Relevant Project Work: Auto Insurance Redesign

Project Challenge: Discounts on Auto Insurance policy when bundled with Home Insurance.
Action Steps: A widget is designed on Auto Insurance Quote Results page which displays the savings on bundling of Home Owners
with Auto Insurance Quote across the locations in the United States of America.
Result: 42.2% increase in the Home Owners policies and is appreciated by Tech leads and CIO of USAA.
Project Challenge: Finding out discrepant addresses of customers.
Action Steps: A RESTful web service is created which filters the discrepant addresses where the postal and actual addresses
of customers are different.
Result: Customer Satisfaction Index is increased as the customer with the discrepancies are advised before the renewal to avoid
leakage of any sensitive information.

Project Challenge: Implementation of Payment Page.


Action Steps: A web page is designed for displaying the premium details, mode of payment, and automatic payment plans for the
customers and storing the payment details in the backend.
Result: Received multiple client appreciations for delivering the project with 0 defects.
