Issues/Challenges/Concerns:
a. Competencies were not equally distributed to each grading period. There were more
allotted competencies in the 1st and 2nd grading period.
b. Curriculum coverage in textbook delivered to schools were not congruent to the
curriculum coverage in Math CG (as of August 2016).
c. There were competencies that cannot be found in the LM
Interventions/ActionsTaken:
a. Prepared instructional aids and devices to facilitate discussion and integrated ICT to
maximize the use of time
b. Downloaded the Math CG uploaded by our math supervisor
c. Used supplementary reference materials/textbooks to cover all competencies.
Issues/Challenges/Concerns:
a. Low MPS during the 1st and 2nd grading period.
b. Poor comprehension in English language.
Interventions/ActionsTaken:
a. Performance test was given to students during the 4th quarter to increase MPS.
b. Intensive review
c. Conducted intervention programs.
