Tests found glucose and pus cells present at 2-3 per high-powered field, within normal ranges. No abnormalities were found in other chemical or microscopic urine tests. The specific gravity was 1.025, within the normal range. The urine analysis results were signed off by the managing director and consultant pathologist.
