    AFFIDAVIT

    I SRI TOPAN NATH, Age 24 Years, Son of- Sri Prabhat Nath , resident of-
    Pahumara Nath Gaon, Majuli, Assam, P.O.-Nikinikhowa & Pin- 785104, P.S.- Jengrai mukh,
    Dist.- Majuli, State- Assam, by religion Hindu ,having Voter Card No.GZC0383927 do hereby
    solemnly affirm and declared as follows:-
    1. That I am a permanent resident of the aforesaid locality and a citizen of India by birth. This
    is true to the best of my knowledge.

    2. That I had passed the B.A.LL.B.(H) Examination in the year 2020 bearing Roll No.-
    02/13/14 from JORHAT LAW COLLEGE, JORHAT under Dibrugarh University. This is true to
    the best of my knowledge, information and belief.

    3. That after passing the B.A.LL.B.(H) Examination, I have not enrolled in State Bar
    Council of Assam, Nagaland, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh and Sikkim till date due to
    backlog of Labour Law & Industrial Law-II in 7 th Semester and Land Law of Assam
    and Civil Procedure Code in 9th Semester respectively. This is true to the best of my
    knowledge, information and belief.

    4. That during this period of Gap, I have not been engaged in any Government/Private service
    and as such I have no such liabilities and I never associated with any anti- social activities
    during the said gap period. This is true to the best of my knowledge, information and belief.

    5. That now I desire to enroll as an Advocate in the State Bar Council.

    6. That this Affidavit will be used as a piece of documentary evidence to prove the above
    mentioned facts and to produce before the competent authority.

    I swear that this declaration is true, that it conceals nothing and that no part of it is
    false. So help me God.
